They took excellent care of my dog and would recommend 10/10!

Everyone at the Fargo location was friendly and so helpful. I really enjoy that there is a location in Fargo now.

The veterinarian I saw is very good and therefore in high demand, so I planned well in advance for the services I required. My dog was well handled by staff.

The exotic vet is amazing and I loved her. Super helpful and gave me hope for my pets health I wasn’t sure he could get better. She treated us with respect, rapport, and her love for animals was very clearly communicated through her positive attitude and dedication to animals. She is a trustworthy veterinarian and I will for sure be seeing her again!

Staff has always been helpful and answered any questions that I have had.

The card reader had serious problems taking my debit card. I thought it was an issue with my card but the employees informed me everybody has problems and that your system doesn t work well. I would hate to have to start bringing cash or checks to pay.

I have been so frustrated with our vet in Grand Forks as my dogs are all approaching senior status and starting to have things happen. Upon recommendation from a friend after my 10 year-old chihuahuas ended up with some serious health problems I d been bringing to our vet in GF for years to figure out. I finally bit the bullet and brought to Casselton. The receptionists have always been nice to me and Dr Bartholmay is very thorough, calm and patient and 100 percent focused on my dog! The techs we ve experienced are equally as wonderful. I always try to ask questions when we are there but sometimes I get overwhelmed and forget until I get home. Nobody ever seems bothered if I have to call back and ask questions later. I could rave for days about how much of a positive experience I have had for as much as I wish they were not for serious conditions. My dogs are my life. I always leave feeling confident he is receiving the best care and my concerns are being heard and Dr is open to me trying different things as long as he knows they won t hurt him even if it may end up not making a difference! 5 stars for everyone we have dealt with so far at Casselton Veterinary! I will continue to drive an extra hour as long as I have to. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

We were seen in a timely matter with our dog (and my two children were even along). The doctor and assistant explained everything in detail and for what to expect with the future. Appreciated the kindness as I was pretty emotional during the appointment. This vet has gone above and beyond for us for all of our pets.

Boomer was seen a vet in Fargo and was diagnosed with a sliding hiatal hernia. We were initially referred to a specialist in the cities when I asked for them to send everything to Casselton. Dr. Bartholomay contacted me about Boomer s case and felt confident he could perform the surgery. He spent 10-15 minutes with me on the phone for this consultation which was very much appreciated. We were able to get Boomer scheduled for surgery in about 2 weeks (this was not urgent). Candice was the assistant who roomed us for the surgery who was very welcoming and wonderful to work with! Michelle was the tech who checked us out after surgery and provided post care instructions and she was very knowledgeable and helpful! I can not be more thankful to the staff at Casselton for taking care of my fur baby :)

I like to support casselton for their quality and reasonable prices and I am so happy that I can see a clinic closer to my home.I used to be lower income, so driving to casselton was such a life saver. I am more fortunate now, but will forever support this vet service, because of the quality and the price.

I came in just for shots and said on the phone when setting up the appointment that we did not need a wellness check. But when in the room, a wellness check was done and we were charged for it. A rabbies vaccination is all I wanted.

Everything was great. They were patient with new mom questions.

Very satisfied with the care.

This time I was not as satisfied. My cat had to be seen in a dog room because another (howling) cat was in at the same time. This doesn t seem right. Why aren t there two cat rooms? Otherwise, don t schedule appointments at the same time. The dogs were all loud and obnoxious. One large out-of-control dog even jumped up and lunged at my poor cat while he was in his carrier and on the front desk. Obviously the staff was not at fault, but this vet trip was just not as superb as usual. I miss the Casselton waiting area with its TV and fireplace and fish tank and Feliway. Why doesn t this new place have stuff that caters to cats like that? The cozy environment kept my cats calm. This is loud and echoes. Surely there could be some redesign. I get the sense that this new location is dog-centric. That s probably only my own feeling, but it seems more dog-friendly than cat friendly. Also, if I m paying $45 for a wellness exam every 6 months, I think a more thorough exam should be the standard. I spoil them, sure, but just a quick brushover isn t really worth it. I would assume the vet should spend at least 15-20 minutes with each cat checking over everything, getting to know the animal, etc. Again, I am paying for this.

Vet Thill was very good - she took the time to explain what was probably wrong with my dog and what the next steps were going to be. She took her time and was very clear and thorough. The tech was great to work with and was very attentive to my dog. We have a very tough decision coming up on when is the time to put our 13 year old dog with bone cancer down. Dr. Thill gave us great information and helped us understand what we were facing. Given the circumstances we had an awesome experience.

Very satisfied. Dr. Reichert & Miranda were great. They got Cyrus all up to date on his shots and treated him for worms. Always a joy working with the Casselton Vet doctors & staff.

I didn’t appreciate spending 3 plus hours while they were checking different things and the final result was a $450.00 bill and they didn’t know why my dog was not feeling good. He came home with a full stomach and no explanation of what caused it.
