I decided to try casselton vet after an awful experience at valley veterinarian. I was so nervous the appointment would go the same way but I was so pleased with the staff at casselton vet. My feline companion was so calm and comfortable there. The staff truly enjoys and cares for the animals that are seen there. It meant the world that my Sam was treated like a valued patient and not like just a digit on a paycheck. After that very first appointment I am fairly confident we have found a forever vet! Thank you casselton veterinarian staff for being so patient and caring.

I’m thankful for all the care my dogs have received from you. I have only been here two years but I hate that I have to leave you as my provider. The staff goes beyond what is their job and the Drs spend as much time as needed to explain and answer questions.

I can’t say enough about how helpful the clinic has been. Randi was especially helpful and went above and beyond.

I asked several questions and never received an answer and when I called to see if anyone could answer my questions I was sent to the veterinarian s voicemail and left a message for them and never heard back.

We had a wonderful experience and the best part was the evening appointment availability!

Everyone was extremely helpful and they saw my dog last minute two nights in a row and spent a lot of time with us and included me in the discussion about the best option for her!

I was so happy with our care at the clinic and hospital. I was able to get in on the day I called with NO wait. They did everything they could to make my dog comfortable. Surgery was scheduled immediately and the communication between the staff and myself was great! I am so thankful for everything you did. Tana is almost back to normal and feeling good. Almost every time we bring our animals here we have to pay more than the price that was quoted to us even when no extra work was done. This us very irritating. It would be nice if the quotrd price was EXACTLY what we were told or less than the quoted amount. This is the only thing we feel needs to change, as the quality of care and knowledge and friendliness of the staff is incredible.
