The staff were beyond helpful. They went way above customer service and made me feel like they had nothing but time to help me get my horse taken care of. I will recommend to everyone!

Great vet!

I brought my mini pig in and they took excellent care of her. She is hard to take care of with strangers because she is so skiddish but they talked to her to help keep her calm. Everyone was so nice to her, that really made a difference with her being there.

It was really difficult to find. Mostly because it was at night and there were no signs or parking lot lights on at all.

We just adopted our dog and this was our first trip to the vet. He was very barky, but even with that, it was a great visit and we got all of our questions answered. This is a great new facility and I m so glad we have a convenient place to bring our dog to. Thank you!

They were able to work our sick dog in to your schedule which was right away in the Morning. Thank you that was really comforting!

Due to logistics, I was unable to accompany my horses to the appointment. Dr D Peterson called me after the checkups and made himself available for any questions. I am so happy my animals, and I, were treated with such great service and care. We all appreciate such exceptional care.

I loved Dr Peterson. He was so nice and explained everything, even let me look at the horses teeth before he proceeded with the float.

The Fargo office is very clean and looks nice, and the staff are always so helpful.

Thankfully, you guys set aside urgent care appts. Otherwise, I d have to o to the ER Vet.

Due to the manager s inability to communicate and her willingness to charge us extra for services not communicated before the appt we will not being using Casselton Vet for anything moving forward.

I was not happy with the Vet today. He seemed like we were a bother to him. Not very professional considering he is one of the owners. I have had great experiences with the other vets there so I am hoping I will not have to see him again. I manage a business and I treat my customers like I expect my team to---lead by example. I am so glad that the other vets don t follow his lead. I hope my dog gets better as I feel I didn t get the quality of a helpful appointment.

We were never told that a dental cleaning would be performed on our dog when we brought him in for a tooth extraction. We are not satisfied with this because we were not told and it was the most expensive part of our dog’s procedure.

It would be very beneficial for the pet owners to have contact with the vet during each visit, to ask questions and address any concerns, to know our dog is getting the best service he/she needs

They are always so friendly and nice.

I was a bit shocked when I heard the total cost of the visit. I knew it was going to be a little higher because of blood work and a few shots but could your staff start talking about the fees. It would help educate us as clients but then we know what to expect for the bill.

Very pleased with facility and staff. Location is better for me in South Fargo, ND than Casselton, ND

Great Place!

We waited well past our allotted time but when other customers asked about the delay we understood that the clinic had taken two emergency situations in so we were totally fine with waiting.

I m glad we chose to go with Casselton Veterinary Service of Fargo for our newest addition to our family! I know our little puppy is in good hands after that first initial visit! Very professional, friendly, and Chewie was in no way nervous prior to, or shaken up after the visit. Thank you!

I have only been once, so hard to answer some. The staff is great, and my pup was very comfortable. To me that says a lot!Since she is only 11 weeks, I will be seeing the staff in Fargo for a long time!
