I was so impressed with my 1st phone call. Top notch customer service is an understatement! The technician and Dr were just as great. Lots of furry friends coming and going. Lots of smiles from pets parents. Their rates were that of a small town Vet. Impressive, Impressive, Impressive! I recommended them 3xs with in 24 hours.

I was not given the option to go back with my dog to get a vaccine. About 4 hours later, our puppy could barely walk. His left shoulder was painful to the touch. He cried most of the night. It took 24 hours for him to recover.

Doctor Bjerke was very respectful and helpful -answered all our questions and made helpful suggestions. He was so kind to let us brag about how good our dog Katie is and how we think we are doing a good job-we actually are but some people don t care to hear it. Thank you for all you do for my five critters. In particular, Mikaela and Dr Huckle this day were so great with Thunder and all the anxiety he has with his visits. Poor communication related to the medications our dog received and also charged for another animals medications. Seemed to be a disconnect between the clinical staff and administrative staff.
