5 stars. The staff worked me in when my horse had a eye problem. The Vet was very understanding. He gave specific instruction. My 12 year old was able to explain what happened and how to treat it. I appreciate all they did.

Your vets like to Force their opinions and thoughts on everyone. Additionally, your Veterinary services cost double what I usually pay in Texas. So, I probably won t be returning to your scalp shop.....

girl at the front desk was a little off putting and cold, maybe just having a bad day but it left me uncomfortable asking questions when it came time to pay

Vet and vet tech (s) were amazing - I just can’t say enough- every time I come to the Casselton location, I don’t think I will like anyone as much as the Vet and vet tech I get. I had an amazing experience. The vet was kind and knowledgable - he was friendly and not in a hurry. So so so so good. Love the place and the people. I have been a client for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

The entire staff at Casselton are always so kind. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Exam room was very hot and stuffy. We were all sweating by the time we left. Approximately one month wait for wellness exams for new patient. Staff, vet and tech were helpful and friendly. Food options for sale looked to be typical heavily processed foods, would love to see some organic, healthy foods.

They were so thorough and not rushed. Took time to explain and were so knowledgeable and helpful.

The tech that saw our pets was amazing and so helpful. The vet was less than, leaving commentary and concerns on our visit summary that they did not discuss with us at all. We also had questions about our previous prescription food that the vet didn’t address, but the tech did help us with that. All in all, the tech and front end team was excellent but we were disappointed with the vet.

Loved the staff and how they treated Boesman.

I was sorry to see all the FB crap. Pleasing all will never happen no matter how much you strive. Pugsy is always happy be carried or walking into your clinic and that is what matters to me. You helped me three times in the past 2 weeks thru email- in office drop off appt. - and again email and phone call the next day. Thank you for your time, Pugsy and my mom Renee Fowler

The vet was excellent and so was the assistant. She could hold him with no problem. When I brought him in 2 years ago I asked the vet to check Casper urine. I knew he was having problems going. But I was told he was ok. I m not sure I was taken seriously. That s not acceptable in my opinion. I m glad I had this vet.
