I paid for urgent care because i was told that was the inly option, but when at the facility i only ever saw one other client.

I would like to clarify that the techs and everyone at the desk were very friendly. The vet..not so much.

Everyone was incredibly patient and kind, as I was very nervous for my appointment. I had no doubt my little guy would be well taken care of at Casselton Vet.

The vet did really good at explaining everything to me and everything she was looking for in our dog.

Great visit! Dr. Thill is so thorough. My dogs felt at ease with her & the vet tech.

They are always polite and generous, even if an pet is aggressive and unpleasant with vet appointments.

Vet tech was absolutely incredible. Kind, patient and knowledgable.

This was my first time taking Freddie Mercury to the vet. He s very anxious and barky. You let me keep him in the car until you were ready for him. I snuck him in without an episode :) I was so happy with how the vet and tech took such good care of him. All my issues and concerns were answered. I am so impressed by your clinic. My usual vet was not able to get Gus in for another two months but we have been very worried about him. It took a bit to get an urgent care appointment for Casselton vet but when I got an appointment it was above and beyond. The staff was very helpful, answered any and all questions. The techs and vet were quick to come up with solutions and treatments. I am very excited to be able to join the Casselton Vet of Fargo family in future care of my precious pet.

We arrived 10 mins ahead of out appt time and had to wait 20 mins past the time of our scheduled appt. The office smelled of cat pee upon our arrival. Over all cleanliness could use improvement. The prices charged for our visit were expected but higher than we would like to pay for what was done. Casselton vet has always been more expensive than the surrounding vet clinics. An unnecessary test was recommended, completely unrelated to further diagnose a muscle injury... that makes no sense. Overall the answers we got where helpful. The staff are nice- the tech we had did her best to explain the diagnosis but I had to ask for the Dr. To come in for a better explanation and for a better understanding of the questions I had.

Very nice group of people work there. They were so informative and caring about our little Willow bunny ??. They made sure she had enough rest time and ate before we picked her up. I would definitely bring her back there.

The staff are Amazing and very caring.

Initial call gal said she would talk to the doctor and someone will call me back. Nobody called; I called back two days later. Also the appointment our doctor had a half hour after our appointment was seen before us with no explanation.

Very unsatisfied! Our dogs have never “stressed “ while having their nails trimmed! Drake’s kwik was cut on the first foot they trimmed..this has never happened elsewhere when being trimmed?? Wait time in the exam room was very uncomfortable and long. We never have the same Doctor… how does one get to know the patients like that?? We’ve never had this type of experience with you…what’s happened? We have been customers of yours for years and now we’re not sure if we will be back!!
