The process for securing an urgent care appt is frustrating at times and labor intensive. But once you get one the care is great.

With tech advances, one would think the pharmas would have come up with/ less traumatic solution than pills. At least for cats. For 30 years ive battled giving pills to cats (on & off through 4 cats). It’s a nightmare and it traumatizes the animal - perhaps more damaging than the ailment.

I absolutely love everything about coming here except the urgent care appointments or the wait to get a pet seen for something that “can wait”, but should be seen in the next week (booking months out). I really struggle with it, as I call at the exact times the urgent care appointments open and by the time my.l call is picked up, they are full. I would seriously donate the money for one spay and one neuter a month to just have a standing appointment held for one of my three cats every month. If I don’t use it, I lose it and still donate funds. That’s how frustrated I am. I am tempted to bring my animals elsewhere, but I don’t know that it’s any different or better and the emergency vet in town is ridiculous. One cat had an abscess on his chin and they wanted me to take him 20 miles home during a blizzard and wait for their call in the “next 12 hours” as they claimed they were that busy. I would have trekked to either Casselton Vet location and paid an emergency fee and even sat and held him in the waiting room for two hours so long as he could be seen. Can you keep secondary urgent care appointment spots open for the week coming up for “lesser” situations and come up with a triage method possibly? Something has to change. Make no mistake that the care we receive when we do get there is beyond phenomenal and that’s why we stay. We love you all so much!

Overall, great experience and we will be back. The staff from the front desk to the tech and vet were all so caring and friendly. Thank you!

I really appreciate that the room was clean and ran to it at my previous event I would go into the room and I m relieve my dog would be covered in other dogs hair and this did not happen there. The stock was very accommodating and very friendly. We re very much appreciate getting my paperwork with the information I needed on it and getting answers to my questions.

We thought everyone from check in to check out was fantastic. Kelsey, our vet tech was incredible. She was so good with Jedi. The vet was also great and patient with Jedi. We will be coming back for sure for all of Jedi s needs.

I truly appreciate how kind everyone is with our pup who is terrified of her own shadow. They even ran bloodwork and gave her vaccines in the room instead of taking her back. Dr. Thill is always so patient, she listens, she explains things well. Thanks for taking such good care of our girl!

Dr. Moen has been great and has went above and beyond to squeeze in my farm visits for my horse over the last month and a half. Even when he was being difficult she was patient with him and got him treated. She is amazing!
