Michelle was amazing through the entire appointment! She was very kind and thoughtful and answered all the questions I had. Every time I have visited this location I ve been met with the best customer service and care. My dog and I are anxious clients and the staff helps lower this anxiety. I never have to worry about advocating for my dog alone because they advocate with me - it s wonderful to know that they care about my pet just as much as I do. Great staff and top notch care!! A++

I feel very fortunate to be able to schedule farm visits for our horses thru Casselton Vet Clic. Four horses....annual shots, teeth floating, sheath cleans, Coggins, quick health exams, and other health items examined in a matter of a couple hours in the comfort of our own barn. Doc Moen and staff were awesome working with the horses. Truly is a privilege to get such great care for the horses right here at home.

Dr Peterson took time with our dog and the care he provided made me feel at ease. I am grateful for the chiro and acupunture my dog received as it has eased his arthritis.

Dr. Smith did an amazing job with our dogs ear infection. It is almost completely cleared up after only 3 days of using the ointment she prescribed! I am afraid I don t recall the named of the Vet Tech that was assisting, but she, too, was awesome!

The vet and tech were very kind and helpful with my cat. They even cleaned her ears for me as I have no one to help me hold her at home.

We brought our dog in for a spay/dew claw removal and everything medically with her has been great - we are 6 days post surgery. The updates and check-ins throughout the process were great. The tech who came out to speak to us was wonderful in answering our questions and speaking with us-I wish I remembered her name. My only suggestion with the whole process: when I received the call to say the surgery was complete and everything went great, I didn t feel the amount of details were necessary such as the milligrams and frequency of 2 different types of meds. Providing those types of details over the phone I felt wasn t needed especially when the tech went over all the discharge information including meds the day we picked her up. Simply put, the phone call could have been higher level information such as we ll be sending home a pain killer and antibiotic both will need to be given twice a day with food. Thank you kindly!

Excellent experience at Casselton Vet! The staff was kind, respectful, and very understanding during my dogs’ dental cleanings. 10/10 highly recommend.

The vet made my animal very nervous, took way too much time fiddling with a phone to transcribe, cause great stress to my animal, trying to apply a broken muzzle-eventually had to leave and return again to complete the visit. When really a quick shot hello and goodbye would’ve been sufficient -not impressed, very disappointed.

The front staff is always friendly and helpful. It was busy when I dropped off Seven but they got people registered as quickly as possible. The only issue was they called me after Seven was done with her surgery and I never got the call or a message. Not their fault but it was upsetting not to know for a couple more hours.

I enjoy your staff and hospitality. You treat our pets as family. Special thank you to Sarah who kept an eye on Sadie after getting spayed. It was comforting to us. Thanks to everyone who loves animals!

This is the second time since October my cat and I have been to the Casselton Vet and this is the second time I left feeling regretful I went. The assistants are always very caring but the doctors have been disrespectful to me and my knowledge of my cat s normal behaviors. During my October visit the doctor did not communicate with me about how sedation would affect my cat so rapidly. When I became distressed about my cat collapsing, the doctor suggested that I just leave the office instead of explaining what was happening. Both visits I felt pushed into more and more meds, xrays, etc. Both visits I spent almost $500 and didn t receive any solid answers regarding my cat s condition. I will be going to a different vet.
