I have always had wonderful doctoring at Casselton Vet in Casselton! Thank you.

It is usually extremely difficult to be seen by your clinic in any kind of an urgent manner. I had to take my dog to the RR Emergency Vet on a Sunday as you are understandably closed. However, the emergency vet was so backed up my dog still had not been seen over 12hours later. I tried to call and get a same day appointment with you, but they were all gone for the day and I was told to call back at 5pm. When things are urgent, it is hard to wait until then only to call and find out your pet still can t be seen. If it would be possible to have more urgent care appointments each day, that would be a huge help to your loyal pet owner s who never want to take their fur babies anywhere else! Other than this, I truly do not have any problems with the care my dogs receive. I love it at Casselton Vet, and have been bringing my animals here for getting close to twenty years. :) The recheck for my dog after her care at RR, was quick, but I am giving 2stars as it is so very hard to get in for any urgent matters on a daily basis.

The wait time was longer than normal, but my appt was at 4:00. I get it, it s like a human doctor s office. The longer the day goes on the more a doctor gets delayed because of questions and taking the time to care to answer them. I was fine with the wait, even being there after 5 because Dr. Bartholomay still gave Nixon the best treatment possible. We have our favorite doctors who we trust, which is normal, but everyone there is very respectful and kind to us always. Don t let Schmid, Huckle or Bartholomay leave. We love them, yet we know they will retire ??. We also love all the techs but Natalie and Bailey get major props from us, you re lucky to have them.

Great and informative appointment. Both the veterinarian and the tech were great and spent all the time with us that we needed. They were so gentle with our cat. We will absolutely be back when she needs another appointment.

Appreciated their assistance to determine if my dog needed to be seen as I really wanted them to say she would be fine- monitor her at home. Instead they convinced me it was an emergency and once we arrived, they quickly assessed my dog and determined she was beyond the level of care they could provide and referred her to the RRAH. Appreciated the late evening hours of service.

I am glad I came to the Fargo location instead of the Casselton location. The reception staff was very kind. That was a nice change. My dog ended up having colitis & the Fargo location was very good about taking care of it. My husband ended up being told to leave the Casselton location when I sent a fecal sample in. Luckily Molly helped out & took care of the situation & got the fecal run. Very disappointed in how things are run in Casselton having been very long time clients. My dog was not well & to be told we needed to make an appointment for a fecal was absurd! I can t plan to catch my dog s stool at a given time. You get it & need to have it checked. Many animals will go undiagnosed if you put limitations like this on it. Dr. Huckle was great in Fargo.

The vet took like a minute or so with us and didn’t explain things well at all. We were sorely disappointed with the level of care and won’t be bringing shadow back.

They explained everything they were going to doing before taking him back there. They even cut his nail.

Dr. Bjerke is so great with the dogs. They aren t even afraid of him.

They were all great considering i missed my original time but they still got us in thank you

We are very happy with the care our Westie gets from Dr. Huckle and her assistants. They are definitely valuable assets to the organization.

Dr Jackie Schmid is wonderful. So kind and explains things well. You can sure tell she loves animals and her job! She helped us thru a very difficult time with my other dog and I will always appreciate that. Best Vet ever!

Casselton location is always great

I have had the best service at Casselton Vet in Fargo! You guys truly care about the animals and do what is best for them. Thank you guys for loving on my fur babies and always being helpful and answering questions or whether I call or come in always friendly and answering my questions to put me at ease! Thank you all for everything you do every single day!

My pup was treated so lovingly by everyone who interacted with him. The pre and post surgery information was very clear and understandable. I couldn t be more satisfied with my dealings with them.

I really like all the staff. I use the clinic, grooming and sometimes boarding. Everyone is always, kind, patient and nice! You have great staff!

A tech named kendra yelled at me over the phone. She could barely hold a conversation and was either very tired or on drugs. This absolute animal then angrily tossed me on hold and made no effort to transfer me to a manager. She should be fired.

I have never in my life been so tempted to walk away from someone while they were in the middle of speaking. My puppy and I had a god-awful experience. The vet assistant and the actual vet made it very clear that they thought I didn t know how to take care of my dog and stated multiple times that she wasn t fully vaccinated. They said that according to the provided records, she never received certain vaccines. I honestly have absolutely no idea what they meant by that because I started her vaccines within days of rescuing her, have the documentation of which vaccines she received when, and watched the previous vets administer the shots. But she didn t actually get these vaccines. So the previous vets just stabbed her with needles and injected her with what? They were unbelievably pushy to have me completely re-vaccinate her. They stated that it wouldn t hurt her. Over-vaccination can harm any living being, ESPECIALLY young animals. This was an absolute ridiculous waste of time, money, and energy.

You guys were absolutely amazing! I didn t have an appointment but you took my sweet boy, junior, in and took amazing care of him! I am so very grateful! I can only hope we find an amazing vet clinic like yours in Florida. Thank you so much.

Dr. Bartholomay is a top notch vet! I m so pleased to be able to schedule a same day appt for those minor emergencies when my dog is not feeling well or is showing some concerning symptoms.
