The lack of open slots available in an emergency is incredibly concerning if there is an issue with our dog. I had to wait a few days to call specifically when they opened up to gain an urgent care slot. We ultimately got in, but it took some serious effort. Once a slot was obtained, the service and care was above satisfactory.

Actually was given incorrect diagnosis. We have major issues with stifle and possible pelvic fracture and most likely horse will not barrel race again. 6 months to 1 year off and shots needed. Total I incorrect diagnosis. Very disappointed. Actually would like refund.

I am always very pleased with my services at Casselton vet. I drive from Fargo every time because of the awesomeness.

Rooms are noisy.

A lot of dog hair on the waiting chairs but that’s to be expected- didn’t take away from the services

No suggestions. Everything was so timely- I’m so glad I could get into urgent care in the evening. We found out a diagnosis I wasn’t expecting, but the explanation and long term outlook was very well explained. My husband came with me, and I’m so glad he was able to because he was able to recall parts of the conversation that I couldn’t. Thank you for being so proactive and an advocate for our furry kids.

Dr. Dowble and her asst. were very helpful and and I greatly appreciate the way they made sure that sense my pet is a service animal they handled him the way I asked I’d like to keep dealing with her sense she knows him now

I had my dog spayed with you in casselton and you FORGOT the chip for her that we requested. I then made an appointment in fargo, get my dog ready bring her out to you and sit for a few only to be told you were out of chips. A phone call would have been nice saying that you were out. She did say I could spend 30-40 bucks to drive to casselton to get the chip for 70 more dollars and I said no. I know I am only 1 client with 2 dogs with you guys, but am kinda disappointed with the service. I am still waiting on a phone call for the chip when they are available in Fargo. Thank you.

Casselton Vet service has always provided us reliable and excellent service.

My appointment was at 5:50 and the techs must have been on break and didn t even start coming in the building until 6:00-6:10. I waited a long time to even be seen, wondering why my appointment was at 5:50. The vet and tech were very nice. The only thing I didn t like is the vet didn t really look at a spot on my pets skin that I was concerned about.

My dog gets his nails trimmed at Casselton vet clinic regularly. He is always excited to be there. The staffs is kind and friendly. My dog loves the peanut butter used to keep his attention elsewhere while his nails are trimmed. Five stars

Our visit was fantastic. Scheduling was fairly difficult (planned for Fargo, ended up in Casselton) but can understand due to the world being short-staffed.
