I felt rushed out. I had a few questions to ask, but the tech just walked away after thanking me.

Better communication of getting an after hours appointment would be appreciated. I was told first come first serve when it was truly by appointment.

Perfect: as per your Staff’s norm

Your vet techs are so amazing! I appreciate all the help they give me whenever I come in! They always go above and beyond! I usually have a good experience but your front desk ladies were extremely rude during my visit. They ignored me standing at the desk when I arrived. I received an eye roll or two over an honest mistake I made with scheduling my appointment. And when I was sitting in the waiting area, they would talk rudely about the customers calling them to schedule appointments. You have a wonderful vet service. But these ladies were extremely rude and snotty.

Efficient friendly

I love Dr Peterson, he is so thorough and always answers my questions. The Office staff are always very helpful, and WOW what a great group of vet techs. Bruno loves all the girls!

The vet only checked my dog’s heart And lungs. No eye or ear check. The exam room bench and floor had dog hair everywhere.

Always get the personal treatment

My dog was very uncomfortable for almost 24 hours after the procedure and cried for about 12 hours straight. I wasn’t prepared for this. Every time I called about it I was told that it was normal and there was nothing else they could do. As a human healthcare provider I would not let my patient be that uncomfortable without advocating for medication or doing something. After I called for the 3rd time I was given a prescription for trazadone I could pick up the next morning. But I still had to be up most of the night with my crying dog icing and comforting him. My suggestion would be to prepare people who have, especially never been through the procedure with a pet a little better. Also I was told over and over that some dogs don’t act like anything has happened. Which is great for those dogs. But that’s not how my dog was acting and by telling me this it made me further think there was something wrong. Everyone was very professional and kind. I just felt like I wasn’t prepared and wasn’t being heard when I was worried something was wrong due to the way he was acting.

Took several weeks for an appointment

This was a drop off urgent care appointment. We were very happy to have been worked in as our puppy needed stitches for a laceration.

This is my first time finding a veterinarian without the help do my parents. My dog loves the staff there and they are very friendly and helpful! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there to get neutered because I knew he would be well taken care of.

I am disappointed with your Fargo office s cat area. In the Casselton location, it is down the way with cushy chairs, a fireplace, and Feliway. It is quiet and comfortable. Here, it is a bare bench in the front where EVERY animal comes in, right next to the boarding window. It is loud. It echoes. There are dogs EVERYWHERE. There aren t even the promised Feliway towels. And when I left my appointment, there were dogs and dog owners sitting in the supposed cat area and staff did not stop them. Why do the dogs get to sit in the quiet hallway away from the doors and the boarding? Why is there only one cat exam room? And if there only is one, why is it not down that hallway? I think you have really dropped the ball on cat-centered comfort in the Fargo office. I feel like cats are treated like second-class pets in Fargo (although not in Casselton). It is really disappointing. Of course I love the staff and Dr. Thill, however. (I listed the facilities as 1 star above because of this cat issue, not because of cleanliness.)
