Everything good except the checkout pay process. Was told to wait and they’d call me when it was ready. Guess they forgot about me. After a long wait i went to front desk to inquire and yep it was sitting there the whole time. It appeared there was a shift change and we were forgotten about. Vet tech and vet care was good.

The only problem was my animal had her catheter still in her arm after the spay

I ve brought my pets vaccination information to the office as a physical document, through email several times, and I uploaded it on to the website. Some how I am always told it s not on file.

I work here so it was very comfortable

I was very disappointed with this appointment. We know our dog very well and know that he has great anxiety with vet visits. We were told in Casselton last year that he more than likely has Cushings. We are not going to put him thru the stress of testing and the Dr. basically said, if we weren t going to test him, then she has no words of advice or help. We will not ever be going back to this particular doctor.

Dr. Dylan Boyer is very good. I was very impressed with the visit we had with him.

Everyone is always friendly and the vet answered all my questions.

I am uncomfortable with the techs taking my dogs out of the exam room for injections.

The staff was super friendly but it took about 90 minutes for my dog to get a wellness exam even though no one else was in the waiting room. The appointment itself took around 15-20 minutes and the rest of the time was spent waiting in the waiting room and in the exam room to be seen then waiting at the front desk to pay because the vet forgot to add some notes. I completely understand they might have been busy with other dogs in the back, but thought it might be worth noting. I’ve had great experiences with appointment times between 8am and 5pm in the past so I will try to get those in the future.

Even when my horse tagged the tech with a kick, everyone was calm and caring. I appreciate the care provided and I’m truly sorry that happened.

Just wanted to add that we only have seen the vet AT the barn .... but all services have been Awesome! The one time I was in the lobby for med pick up it was very clean.

Our vet tech, Michelle was the absolute best! She helped to make Gracie extremely comfortable, as well as me as the dog owner. She was super friendly, informative and kind throughout our entire visit. I have recommended Casselton clinic to many others because of our experience with Michelle!

Dr Bartholomay was so good to explain what was going on with our dog. He gave lots of info and literature. He was so kind, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. HIs assistant was awesome! It was hard to get an appointment, but I can see why. It was worth the wait to have him see our bernese mountain dog! I wish the clinic was closer to our home!

I am so thankful the Casselton location was able to get my dog in right away despite a busy schedule and down a vet or two. I called the Fargo location first and they were less than helpful - they told me I would have to wait two weeks to get my dog in (and my dog had a UTI and was passing blood clots in her urine!!). I am so thankful the Casselton cared enough to see my dog. Thank you! I appreciate it so much! You ve always been great.

The front desk ladies were very rude upon arrival. The price of the shots was ridiculous as it was about $200. Once leaving they charged my card twice even though I said it went through on my end so I ended up paying over $400. I then had to call back Monday to get it fixed and they did not believe that they charged me twice even though I had the proof on my bank account. Eventually the man on the phone refunded for the extra payment. Sadly you guys lost a loyal customer.

Sara is so friendly and did such a great job with my cat! I also really appreciate the vet taking time to listen to my concerns about our cat and looking more into what could be the causes. It really helped ease our minds and feel better about the health of our cat!
