The staff are amazing and we love Casselton Vet! 2 suggestions. 1) When I called for boarding last month we were denied because our dogs were behind on vaccinations. We didn t receive any automated notifications or reminders about this. It is obviously completely our responsibility to keep up on such things, but the reminders are really appreciated (and are helpful in driving revenue for you); like most people these days we are barely keeping up with things in our lives. 2) Casselton doesn t stock our preferred heartworm/tick preventative (Trifexis) so our Tech suggested that we order it online through somewhere like Chewy.com and you would approve it. I completed that order whilst my husband was still in the vet office with both of our dogs. The day after, I got an email from Chewy saying that the Trifexis order for ONE of my dogs (Roscoe) was declined because he needed to be seen at the vet office first. I believe this was an oversight, or perhaps the Tech approving the order thought that it was a duplicate (I ordered 6 mo each for Percy and Roscoe), but nonetheless I had to call both Casselton and Chewy to try sort things out, and then had to resubmit the order through Chewy today. I m hoping it gets approved this second time around. Mistakes happen, but I wanted to share the experience as an opportunity for improvement. The hard stuff like handling customers and pets Casselton is an A++++, the automation and process side seems to be a little more difficult for the business and I d rate a C-. Thanks for the opportunity to make suggestions.

I had and emergency come up on a Saturday and they were able to see us with in a half hour. Front desk staff were very kind. The assisant and Dr who treated Charlie were really gracious with him. We received the proper medications to help him heal. Thankfully he is doing better a few days later. I appreciate what they did for him. Thank you!

Your receptionist have their eyes and ears buried into their computer screens … when you’re 4’ away and they don’t notice you …. Maybe that employee should be in the back room away from customers? First impressions are kinda important

Dr Huckle was my black labs vet for rehab at the Casselton facility about 5 yrs ago. I recently lucked into seeing her for my cats urgent care appointment. She is simply a delight along with exceptionally qualified. Gold stars all over....
