The staff member wouldn t listen about our dog Trooper having an ongoing issue with ear infections. He is 9 years old and has been dealing with this regularly as he is an allergy dog. We try to get Trooper stocked up on the things he uses regularly as it can be costly to bring him in each time. We were told we would have to bring him back the next time he got one. As you probably know he s not the easiest dog to bring in. He freaks out.

I had follow up questions after our visit and both the vet and vet tech were great with answering questions and helping me find solutions to my dog s issue. We have had great interactions with every vet and tech we have seen there!

I would highly recommend Casselton Veterinary Service. Dr. Bartholomay always spends ample time until all my questions are answered. He is very thorough with his exams and has given us different suggestions on how to deal with our dogs allergy problems.

They walk on water. :-)

I did not get to see the doctor that I had booked and consequently got a (in my opinion) very inexperienced doctor that didn’t seem to have a lot of time for me or my questions or concerns. I have been going to Casselton Vet for over twenty years and have a good rapport with most doctors. If the doctor that I scheduled is not available that day, I would rather reschedule than see someone I am not comfortable with.

Time to get antibiotics, paperwork and check out was very slow

They forgot to give all my dogs vaccinations that I paid for. He has a follow up visit & will receive them then.

Dr. Bartholomay is always so great to Kiwi, and me. I can tell he really cares about his patients. He takes time to keep her comfortable and relaxed during the appointment, but is still thorough and efficient. The receptionists are helpful when I m looking for appointments, whether it s planned far in advance, or a wait list call. Thank you all so much for taking care of my little girl!

Vet tech- EXCELLENT That doctor- Excellent Front desk, also excellent!

I missed the turn... mostly because of the giant snow banks, but if a sign could be placed on the road it would have helped. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Hats off to everyone.

We just love Dr. Kobiela. We feel she really listens to us and wants the best for our pets just as much as we do.

Dr. Hueckel and the staff were Great with the entire visit and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions and concerns. As always, they were very caring and compassionate with my pet!

When I arrived, they did not have my appointment in their system. Even though I had scheduled it five weeks before AND received an email confirmation. Thankfully it was only a vaccination so they went ahead and fit me in. I’m not so sure they would’ve if the appt was for something else—which would’ve been unfortunate since you have to book appointments so far in advance.

Very satisfied with the vet that took care of my 2 horses. He was very picky at how things were done it was very Professional. I would recommend this veterinarian clinic to people I know.

As always my dog’s appt went smoothly! I had arrived a little early and even then had no wait as we were taken right back. I always feel that it’s never a rushed appt here….there’s a reason I drive to Casselton from Fargo to have my dog seen!!!

Dr. Peterson went above and beyond to make sure we were properly informed of the risks and benefits of the procedure. I am so thankful for his care and compassion for our horse Ranger. Ranger is doing 100X better after going through treatment and for once my daughter has her smile back because her horse is not in severe pain. Dr. Peterson saved a horse who would have either A. Lived a life in pain or B. Been put down. Instead he gets to enjoy the rest of his life!
