Our wait time was a little long but it was explained as a day with lots of emergency visits so understandable. The tech that we started with was so kind and offered us cocoa/water. Overall, a great visit.

I was very happy with the service from Casselton Vet. Thank you for the care you gave Walter. I would highly recommend them for their services.

The first time I called, I asked if I could send a picture of the “cyst” and the receptionist said no. I called back later and got someone else and she said, yes, please send the picture. Also I understand it is difficult right now to hire enough people to answer the phones, but I made four calls - 2 to talk with the receptionist and 2 to call back to reach the doc. Each time my wait time was 5+ minutes. Just FYI.

Dr Bjerke was amazing and patient with out uncooperative doggies. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and care.

Try to explain the process of how some medication scripts work-for instance tell me all of my pets meds were only renewed for 3 months so I don’t call the pharmacy in a jam and then get scolded by a receptionist for having so many scripts to sign of on which wasn’t entirely my fault since I tried to get it despite you guys being closed since my pet needed it.

I realize you guys have a large practice but having to book 6 plus weeks out or more to see a Vet is a little discouraging.

We ve needed to be seen for an annual exam, but booking with Casselton has been hard. Our dog came down with an ear infection that could have been treated with his previous medication but they refused to fill it due to him not being up to date on his annual, which I can also understand but we had to book him an urgent care appointment, get an even more expensive medication, and then want him to be seen again in two weeks. Neither count for his annual. My family has used Casselton for over 20 years and I m sadly wanting to change vets as it s so hard to get in.

The Dr. and staff were quick, thorough and gentle with my cat. I was very happy with the whole experience, except, you are kind of hard to fine.

I was so impressed with the care Zoro received at Casselton Vet. Dr. Thill and Kryssy were both caring and took plenty of time to listen to my concerns. Kryssy was so kind and was so easy to talk to. Dr. Thill also took lots of time to explain each management option in detail and risks/benefits of each. I felt like our pup was in very good hands there.

Best vet I’ve ever been too! They made me and my puppy feel so welcome and all of the staff is so friendly!

Everyone we encountered was very nice and respectful! I like how the environment was laid back but still very professional, I would definitely recommend this facility to people I know!
