Very impressed. It was our first time at the Fargo clinic and the staff and doctor was thorough, gentle and understanding. Toby was comfortable and we were also.

The dr didn’t ask me if I had any questions or concerns. She stepped out and I thought she just went to get something. I had to ask the vet tech what she thought I should do.

Great welcome, visit, and result between vet tech,dr., and us. We left feeling we had received excellent experience.

I was very impressed and grateful for the team who worked with our fur babies. They were thorough and took time to listen to our pets history.

Dr. Peterson and Candice were amazing! I was very pleased with their patience in answering my questions and the way they handled my horse. I would not hesitate to call on them again should the need arise.

When my husband took our boy in for severe health concerns. Before they even looked at our dog they demanded payment and than told the vet tech to make sure that card is good before we do anything to this dog and when the results came back they told my husband he may have cancer. We paid and left went to a different vet and was told he had a simple cold and no cancer. If this behavior is a daily occurrence than I may consider switching to a different vet.

I waited for over 40 minutes for my appointment when I asked the front desk all I got was they were behind. That would have been nice to now since the gentleman that checked in with his dog at the same time was brought right into a room. The vet was very thorough in her examination and explaining I appreciate that.

Examination room was not completely clean, noticed dried blood on walls and floor, that my pet could not leave alone.

Miranda went above and beyond to help my sick dog. She’s definitely an asset to the clinic.

Having not been to the Casselton facility in about 20 years, I was not aware of the building additions/changes and didn t know that the horses seem to be serviced on the south side of the building. I was on the north side of the building like I always had been back in the early 2000s. I did not see any signs anywhere informing clients of which driveway to use (depending on what type of animal they were bringing in for care) or where to load/unload their horses. Some directional/informational signs along the road or in the driveway would be very helpful to new clients.

The technician who handled Katie on 10/4/21 was very nice and thorough. The receptionist was anything but. She was snappy and unwilling to work with us on Katie s stitches removal. She demanded Katie be taken out of the vehicle for suture removal which was VERY difficult given the problems she has with her right leg that was scheduled to be repaired on 9/7/21 but postponed due to Dr. Bartholomay s family emergency. I too had a problem with a vet tech on Katie s initial eval in August. When asked if the clinic would discount for cash on a projected $4,000 bill the vet tech immediately said NO . I guess she s not only a vet tech but also the company s business manager. Interesting. Jim Ralston

The wait time once we were roomed was quite a while. We were there over an hour for a routine visit. Otherwise Dr. Boyle and Kristina B were wonderful to work with.

The only problem I had was I went there for a horse to get a health certificate, because I had it for sale . I forgot to get the certificate so called on my way home and they said they would Email it to me , it’s was a day still didn’t get it so called again, they said they would mail it . It’s been 6 days and still don’t have it . The people That wanted the horse are thinking I didn’t have the exam . Because it shouldn’t be this hard to get the exam records

When I scheduled the dental visits a couple of months ago, I was told we were booking into December. That seems like a pretty long time to wait. I did get put on a list for cancellations, and was able to get rescheduled to September. I’m glad you all get so much business, I hope the full schedule doesn’t cause people to go elsewhere.
