The last six months of Genji s life were good ones. He recovered his health to the extent possible given his age and serious conditions, in no small part due to your efforts. I believe that when he died he was a happy dog. Thank you.

It is far too difficult to get a timely appointment. The front desk staff is not friendly but the vet techs and vet are super friendly.

The Veterinarian was exceptional! She dug in and thought of causes for my puppies issues. I am very impressed with her!

First time visiting since we just moved here. The staff was excellent and great with my dog. We will for sure be using this as our regular vet.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I feel like they love what they do.

After the visit, we were told to wait for the medication (the tech would bring back into the room). After waiting 10 minutes in the room we decided to wait in the lobby (small room, big dog, claustrophobic). I let the receptionist know I was waiting on some medication. She went to the back, came back and told me that they are waiting on the stool sample lab. I replied that I gave it to the technician at the very beginning of our visit, before we were taken back to the exam room. She told me that it can take up to 45 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes in the lobby. The technician came out and apologized for the delay with the medications. I commented, I assume the stool sample was negative? to which the tech replied, We send those samples out. If anything shows up we will call you. ?? So I wasn t waiting on the lab, someone just made that up to pacify me?

Everyone that helped us from the front desk to techs were great!

Casselton Vet has been our go-to vet for almost 20 years. Never a bad visit. Appreciated even more how you facilitate the hard decision to take a pet out of its suffering. As hard as it was to make that decision for Cinnamon, all of you made it as easy as you could, let us take our time, grieved with us, and treated the whole process with such respect and care. We are thankful for you all, from reception all the way to cleaning crew. You ALL make the facility work like it does.

I love that vet. She answered all my questions and very detailed.

Great set up on the office. Schedulers were very clear on how to get a coveted same day urgent appointment, and I very much appreciate their honesty and assistance.

My cat broke his paw and had to be splinted. We had to come back in a few hours later to have my cats splint reapplied as it was slipping down. I was shocked that we were charged again as I feel it was not our fault that the original one was not sufficiently applied. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful but to be charged again so soon made the whole visit seem unprofessional in the end unfortunately.

I work in a pharmacy and the meds that were given to my dog were pretty much the same thing as augmentin. I asked if that medication was the same as the human version or if I could have them order the human version so I could save money. I feel like since it was late they just told me I needed that certain med. it would have saved me a lot of money in the long run if I would have gotten it at the pharmacy. Next time I will push this a little harder.

I thought the tech that worked with us was very friendly and did a great job overall.
