My puppy was taken to the back and given his shots instead of giving him his shots in the room. This was very aggravating because how do I know he was actually given the shots and how do I know the staff was treating him kindly and appropriately. This was VERY upsetting and shouldn’t be done without permission.

Dental surgeries were scheduling three months out. Great care once we had an appointment and the doctor called to explain my dog’s absorption disease. Great staff and vets. Just wish it hadn’t taken so long to schedule an appointment.

I live only a few minutes from your facility so appreciate having pet boarding so close. Your staff was friendly and helpful, answered my questions. Facilities were very clean.

This was a wellness exam. For some reason the staff was having a little problem with some lab gear so they suggested coming back in a month or two for a recheck. We have set up an appt for that and for a dental. I have to keep that Silky Terrorist in shape.

Everyone was super great and made Luna’s first visit very pleasant!!!

The tech was great. Remie was there for bloodwork Saturday. I have yet to hear the results from the Doctor.

I was so happy that we were able to be seen on Saturday. I love the lay out of the clinic. I’ve only been to the Casselton location. Everyone was very friendly and showed concern for my dog.

Long wait list and nobody at front desk when we arrived for several minutes but it was great care and I’m happy to trust Dr Boyer with my pups. Thank you.

Have to wait 20 minutes to have anyone answer the phone. Tried to have have dog seen but as directed by vet, but told no appointments available. Reception staff unwilling to help with urgent need to be seen.

I ll share that I was a bit disappointed. There were problems with your CC reader, the front staff makes little eye contact and seems disconnected. I was to get pain medication and a estimate for my dogs teeth that was not given when I checked out. Just seems like the clinic is being mismanaged since opening. It s always an easy $200 when I visit and my dog is worth it, I just hope for a pleasurable visit the next time.

I Normally go to the Fargo location however it is impossible to get in there. I will be going to Castleton from now on as I cannot get a same-day appointment in Fargo. If you have a problem with your pet, you don’t want to wait two weeks for them to be seen. Fargo desperately needs more staff and appointments. I was very impressed with the Castleton location and I will go back again even though it is a much much longer drive for me

THE VET TECH THAT WORKED WITH COOPER WAS GREAT! SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND WAS SO SWEET. DR HUCKLE WAS VERY PERSONAL AND YOU CAN TELL SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT THE ANIMALS.

Another visitor had an accident in the waiting room and it wasn’t cleaned up by anyone.
