Jasper only had one ear cleaned. The other is all full of dry scaly crap. Start of ear infection from not getting cleaned? I don’t know . Would like to get him back in to get it cleaned.

I am beyond thankful for the care provided by Casselton Veterinary Service - Melanie and Dr. Dowdle make me feel that they love my fur baby as much as I do. After sharing some concerns following a recent hunting excursion, both Melanie and Dr. Dowdle were understanding of the description and offered additional services to ensure there wasn t anything medically concerning to be aware of. Ultimately, I was appreciative of their understanding and support of the result of something this dog loves to do (hunt/retrieve). We are beyond pleased with the care of the entire staff at Casselton Veterinary Service!

This was Belle s first appointment, given she is a rescue, I would have likely asked more questions if I had been with the vet tech/dr during the exam. I understand and appreciate the protocol in place to keep everyone healthy.

Just hard not being able to go into the clinic with our puppy. This is our first puppy and first appointment so it would have been nice to be more involved in the appointment. Everyone was very nice and answered all our questions thoroughly. Definitely would recommend you guys!

Everyone and everything was perfect. I was so overwhelmed with having to bring all four pets in at once. Your staff made the drop off process so easy and didn’t rush or push me away. I felt comfortable leaving my furry children there. They did all I asked and more so I didnt have to come back another trip. I was unsure of all the stuff I needed for them and they did all but nothing more the needed. So grateful awesome team

My dog was very unhappy going in with only the staff. I was frustrated that I was unable to go inside with him even though over the phone staff told me I would be able too. He will now always have a bad view of the vet :( the staff handled it the best they could though, besides letting me go in!

I would appreciate being able to go to the appt with my dog. This is my first pet ever & on her first appt I didn’t get to talk with vet, just info through the tech. The tech was friendly & answered many of my questions, but would have preferred the vet to talk with. I also work in healthcare. I see patients & families all the time, we wear masks & I haven’t contracted Covid yet. I think you should allow one person in for appts. Now that she has received the giardia medicine, we are having constipation or some kind of stooling issues. Would have liked some more info.

I was unable to go in the office due to the pandemic so re the office being clean, it is N/A.The vet spent alot of time on the phone with me re my dog, was very thorough & detailed & about the costs. The vet tech was nice. Unfortunately, I was only able to pay for the exam & went home with no meds. I have been making payments for my pets to Casselton Vet & sometimes paying the bill in full since the mid nineties. It was sad & disappointing to learn my dog was refused meds as I could not pay in full a few days ago. I am a woman in her 60s, living alone with cancer & several other health conditions doing the best I can.

I didn’t go inside to see if the facility was clean due to COVID regulations. I am a bit disappointed that the complimentary nail trim that was supposed to happen while Wilson was under anesthesia did not happen. It was on the bill too that it happened. Wilson did not get his nails trim. First time i have been disappointed with the service at Cassleton.
