Staff were very friendly with the technician and vet being very professional and gave plenty of time for our appointment. However, I feel the wait time was ridiculous. We got there 5-7 minutes before our scheduled appointment. From there we waited 25 minutes to get in a room after our scheduled appointment. We then waited another 10 minutes for the vet and technician to come back. This was a wellness visit and vaccines. I don’t feel it should have taken an hour and 15 minutes from the time of arrival to finally getting out of there along with the extremely slow credit card machine.

I was very happy they were able to fit Miley into the schedule last minute.

I had called with the hunch my cat had a UTI again and was hoping to just get medicine for it without having to come in and was told no, which I do completely understand. It s just unfortunate that it costs as much as it does to ultimately get medicine. As these UTIs become more frequent now, it s not something one can really afford to keep up with.

I love Casselton Veterinarian Services, however it is always so difficult to obtain an appointment within a reasonable length of time. Other than an annual check-up, a trip to the vet becomes an emergency visit.

My appointment was for 6 or 610 and I didnt get seen until 630ish.

Did not see the vet to find out how our pet did during surgery. Only spoke to vet tech.

I paid for a same day spot which is quite a bit more than a regular visit and my waiting time was 40 min. I work health care and when I give a patient a same day spot they do not get charged more. Kind of disappointed that you would do this. Over all care was good. Awaiting medicine on our Ollie to make sure everything is good.

We have been long time, loyal customers for over 10 years. I have never been so disappointed in the experience. The Appointment felt very rushed. The Vet was not prepared as I felt she should have been. Most importantly I felt she lacked compassion, Bedside manner and tact when discussing end of life issues. The tech was very compassionate and spent a lot of time clarifying my questions and finding answers for me.

It was a great visit and we got some more insight on a persistent issue with our dog.

Without asking me, Boyer did the surgery; I had scheduled it with Bartholomay. This is unacceptable. No one called me after surgery was over. My ER contact eas called and she called me. Again, this is unacceptable. Considering another clinic for future services.

The vet was very helpful (I think Dr. Moen?). The cost of the appointment/tests for a horse and a dog were outrageous, though. I overheard a vet, who I will not name, say that if he s not making $450 an hour, he can t pay his schooling. Seriously?
