The receptionist was not very friendly, and my bill was way more than expected.

I was very happy with how they treated Tima and me over the phone and when they came out to get him! Always great care for my pets! Thank you so much!

You’d have to look far and wide to find a better place to take your pet. Impressive facility.

#2 - there was confusion on the appointment time which made us have to wait longer in the vehicle than we thought. will just confirm the time better.

Appt was 25 mins late; also ridiculous I could use the bathroom, esp after waiting so long

Dr. John Reichert was so thorough and kind following the appointment. It’s hard not being able to come in with your pet due to COVID, but Dr. Reichert reassured me Roxie was cared for during the appointment. I would highly recommend him as a vet to care for your animal. I will be going back to him in the future!

Dr Brad is awesome! Everyone that I ve met at the clinic is great. I m waiting for the time that we can come in with our pets.

We are always more than satisfied with Reichert s service. Great job and nice follow-up call the next day. So far, the donkey is still braying :-). The only other feedback is that $249 seemed awfully high for gelding a mini donkey.

Both times we have brought our puppy we have had great experiences from the friendly staff!

The cleanliness question didn’t apply since we aren’t going inside due to covid. But this set up is working well for us. I feel like the people coming to get our dog are doing a great job of relaying questions and concerns when they go inside. I appreciate that very much!

Casselton is the best vet experienced ever! We booked an urgent Care appointment and they were incredible. We were in and out in 25 minutes and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Touch up in scheduling stuff, my appointments were messed up and are again for my follow up.

Wasn’t able to go inside due to covid restrictions so not sure about cleanliness. Booked out very far in advance to get appointment, hard to find times that I know will be available when the appointments are so far out

Dr. Peterson was awesome to work with. Ranger really needed the chiropractic and his teeth floated. He feels great now.

Unable to comment on the waiting area since we had to stay in our cars, but it s normally clean.

We did as instructed and arrived for our 9 am appointment and no one would answer the phone to take my dog in. We left a voice message and still did not get a return phone call nor did anyone come out. We sat there for about a half hour. Felt there were more up-selling of products than anything.
