Took several weeks for an appointment

This was a drop off urgent care appointment. We were very happy to have been worked in as our puppy needed stitches for a laceration.

This is my first time finding a veterinarian without the help do my parents. My dog loves the staff there and they are very friendly and helpful! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there to get neutered because I knew he would be well taken care of.

Very knowledgeable and helpful veterinarian and assistant. The only thing is waiting almost a month and a half for the appointment.

I am disappointed with your Fargo office s cat area. In the Casselton location, it is down the way with cushy chairs, a fireplace, and Feliway. It is quiet and comfortable. Here, it is a bare bench in the front where EVERY animal comes in, right next to the boarding window. It is loud. It echoes. There are dogs EVERYWHERE. There aren t even the promised Feliway towels. And when I left my appointment, there were dogs and dog owners sitting in the supposed cat area and staff did not stop them. Why do the dogs get to sit in the quiet hallway away from the doors and the boarding? Why is there only one cat exam room? And if there only is one, why is it not down that hallway? I think you have really dropped the ball on cat-centered comfort in the Fargo office. I feel like cats are treated like second-class pets in Fargo (although not in Casselton). It is really disappointing. Of course I love the staff and Dr. Thill, however. (I listed the facilities as 1 star above because of this cat issue, not because of cleanliness.)

The blonde ladies at the front desk seemed a little clueless and careless. Not proactive in asking if I needed to reschedule. Talking to escort rather than clients.

It’s so hard to get in to get my dog seen, and when calling it’s almost always busy. With how busy it is you should hire more possibly or take on less pets

This appointment was a recheck, so the appointment was easy to make. Previously when I needed to get my pet seen through urgent care, it was impossible to get an appointment. I called at 7:00 am, was put on hold, and then was told the openings were filled. After doing this 2 days in a row, I ended up going to Red River Emergency Clinic. I’m so disappointed because this is the 1st time this has happened after being a client for over 20 years.

Opal received a rabies vaccine, which she didn t need, it should have been next year, I had to pay for it, which I don t think I should have, as it was their mistake. I was told oh it won t hurt her, and she will need her next one in 3 years The doctor just kind of glances over her, told me she needs to lose 4 pounds and that was about it.

Everyone was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure Ginger received treatment as soon as possible.

I was so thrilled to see that Dakota (my horse) was cared for as if she was their own. So so thankful for the care and knowledge shared with me. Thank you Dr Peterson ?? Dakota is doing so much better.

So much of the time vet care for my pet is not planned.I can not wait 3-5 weeks to get in. It’s even more difficult now with the evening hours unavailable at Casselton now.I have paid urgent care fees much of the time on top of all other cost. I have always had great care for my pets here this why I drive the miles I do for the care and experience!

The emergency appointments fill up way to fast and the receptionist didn’t seem to care that we had called 3 days in a row. And on top of it she hung up on me. I understand that there’s no control over those appointments but she didn’t even try to listen to what I had to say. I called and left a voicemail with a technician and she got me in right away.

The ladies at the front desk seemed more concerned with talking amongst themselves rather the man tending to me. I tried asking a few questions but was talked over and ignored. I asked to make 2 additional appointments, and was made to feel like a burden for asking.

We really appreciate everyone helping us so quickly and thoroughly. I will strongly recommend your services.

Staff is great but Dr. Bjerke is really the best!

The wait time for an appointment is really long.

Syd had some real terrible reactions to the vaccinations she was given. Throwing up and her face was swollen as well as her eyes. Not knowing this could be a thing i was not very happy. Maybe go over some of that with the people.

Casselton Veterinary used to charge less than Fargo-Moorhead vet clinics. No more!
