Clone Dr. Brad! He’s the best vet I’ve ever worked with and he diagnosed problems in my dog that two other vets completely missed! Very knowledgeable and helpful!

The tech was nice but the vet’s attitude was extremely poor. Not friendly at all. I don’t think she smiled one time. Next time I will choose a different vet to see my dog.

I was confused how my dog could be in heat when she was a month prior. Would of been nice if someone had told me to call if she goes into heat when I scheduled my appointment. I definitely would of rescheduled. It’s not common knowledge that a dogs heat can last that long. Just a suggestion.

I’m new to the pet world so didn’t really know what to expect. Through phone calls with the reception desk and interactions with everyone, it was less personal than what most businesses are. I understand that you spend most of your time talking to mad animals. Nobody introduced themselves and I had no idea if my pet even saw a vet or if everyone was techs. The one young lady I came to a conclusion was the vet, then asked the tech where the shot should go? I was just confused on who was who and never was introduced by anyone. Reviewing my pets report card at home, I learned she tested positive for round worm but was never told. She was given a dose a dewormer but I assumed it was for all new kitties. I was not informed that my kitten would be ill to the point I had to call the emergency vet to see if it was normal that she was acting that way and passing worms. I just feel like there is room for improvement but plan on returning. The tech was really nice, I hope we get her again.

The online appointments are not clear. It says fargo or casselton, but in the end always says casselton. When we checked online to confirm later it said casselton, how ever our appointment was I m Fargo. Kudos for being able to get us in during the mix up immediately.

We love Casselton Vet but when our dog is sick its very difficult to get in. We have a senior dog with eppalepesy and want her to be seen at your vet clinic and do not want to take her to the emergency clinic and leave her there. Please make more same day appointments available.

Dr. Thill has been the vet we have seen since the beginning and we are ALWAYS impressed with her. sadly, Cindy left so we had a new tech this visit, Kryssy. She was lovely too! We have had such great luck here!

the floors in the exam rooms and the couches I the waiting area were covered in hair, Yes it was the end of the day but the exam room was not clean. Had not been cleaned after the last pet. The Dr did not introduce himself, did not give a complete physical and gave no explanations of side effects of vaccines. Didn t talk about my Dog s anxiety which I mentioned to the tech, she said the Dr will talk more about it with you. Did not talk about heartworm or diet. Really was not a complete exam.

This was our first visit to Casselton and everyone was so friendly and helpful! My Max is not a fan of going to the vet, but all of the ladies that helped us were so friendly and understanding - no one was pushy or in a hurry - I appreciate that to no end.

The back log and the wait to get in makes a person start considering another facility

I was happy to see how every single staff member (from front desk worker to vets) was so happy to see us and our dog. They did a fantastic job with our very enthusiastic (also read as crazy energetic) dog by being patient and kind. Thank you!

Wait times for appointments seem to be longer than normal but I m assuming Covid is the issue. Great service overall and will definitely recommend!

Dr. Schmid was my dogs vet. I asked her what I should use if, when trimming my pups wicks, I cut to close and a toenail started to bleed.. She couldn’t make an over the counter suggestion to me and even asked her girl assistant what she thought! she then suggested flour or corn starch. I was extremely disappointed in her response to me and certainly will make sure that if we do come back to Casselton vet in Fargo again that I most certainly will ask for an alternative doctor to work with my pup! She also gave my pup a treat BEFORE she started the check up which, in my opinion, is backwards. Other than that my experience was mainly positive. Thank you

I was so unimpressed with the front desk staff, vet tech sara and even Dr Bjerke. I will be going back to animal health clinic even though it’s farther away. The experience was not warm and friendly.

I have not received the results of his tests yet,
