Was very unhappy i could not come inside with a mask with my puppy for his 1st time. Made him really nervous in which he was anxious and aggressive towards the gal who had to take him in to his appointment.

Could not go in so I had no idea of the handling of my kitten but thy let me know what was going on.

I wish there was the option to schedule visits more conveniently online and between practices. I also wish we had an estimate on what things are going to cost, prior to going in. It would be nice to see those amounts listed online to have a better idea on what to expect. Thanks!

When we picked our dog up we were not told the last times she was given her pain meds, so it was a guessing game. Having them written down somewhere for the owners would be helpful.

It took along time for someone to answer your phone at Fargo location - probably 3 to 5 minutes of ringing while I waited in the car. Plus a few weeks earlier when I called Cass. location the phone rang and rang several times over a two hour period with no answer (during mid-morning during the week). Frustrating! Otherwise, I ve always been SUPER pleased with your clinic in Cass. Thanks!

When Harry got home with Buddy we found two acupuncture needles still in his body. I was quite disappointed they hadn’t been properly removed

I know the drop off service is what we have now but when you have a pet that is having surgery it would be nice to speak to the doctor in person to see how stretches and PT should be done. It s also hard to understand everything and ask all questions you have over phone. Vets always seem in a hurry when on phone.

For COVID-19 circumstances, our appointment went very well. The technicians and Dr. Bartholomay were patient about listening, explaining, and answering all of our concerns. I m so glad he looked at her enzymes closer and did the ultrasound (which the Bismarck clinic didn t think they should/needed to do when I asked weeks earlier. My 14-yr. old kitty Maggie is soooooo much better after 3 day hospital stay. We are watching her closely, but thank Dr. Bartholomay, technicians, and everyone with my phone calls so much!

Very frustrating to wait 2 weeks for my dog to be seen for a medical concern.

The vet that helped with my dog was fantastic. He answered all my questions, and was very helpful in deciding the best way to follow through after my dog s minor procedure.

Dr. Bartholomay is wonderful with my older Collie. The whole staff is exceptional!

Didn t get inside so can not comment to cleanliness. Came for Cushing s blood draw, I wanted horse s body condition evaluated, he said it wasn t necessary. I will ask for Dr Peterson from now on, even for just a blood draw .He takes the time to look not just do the job.

The only thing that would have made this appt better is that took almost 2 months to be able to get my cats seen. I emailed several times about getting in earlier and was not able. That’s great that they are so busy! That tells me they have great veterinarians.

I appreciate Dr. Bartholomay for his kindness and consideration of my pets. I m going to miss him and your staff when I move out of state, wish I could pack you all up and take you with me. I feel very confident in recommending you to all of my friends. Thank you so much for the care you have given my girls. You will be missed, but we will try to get scheduled when we visit! I adopted a kitten in September, and called Casselton Fargo right away for a check up appointment and to establish a vet that we liked/were comfortable with. I wasn’t able to get an appointment for 7 weeks, and in the meantime needed to visit a different practice to help clear up a cold that came home with her from the shelter. I kept the appointment at Casselton for a general check up, and I’m so glad I did! We were very happy with the service, and the time and attention the vet tech took to visit with us curbside. We will continue to work with Casselton moving forward! Thank you!

the doctor was very informative on the condition of my pet

I thought it was strange I didn’t get to talk to the actual Vet and only the assistants. I had questions and they had to keep being relayed, I paid to see a Vet and my pet can’t communicate so it would be nice to actually talk to them or be charged less.

I was only given and charged for half of my pet s medicine before I left which was frustrating and inconvenient, but besides that I was very satisfied.
