This was my first trip there, and the experience was better than I expected. I nice clean facility, and everyone was friendly. Katie was awesome. Very easy to talk to about my visit. Dr. Bjerke was awesome as well. Explained everything in great detail for me to easily undertand. All in all, it was a great visit.

I have gone to Casselton Veterinary for the last year with kitten, and everyone has always been so kind. All of my questions are always answered, and I ask a lot of them!

I love Casselton Vet in both locations. Dr Huckle is our main provider & we are so blessed by her knowledge! Although, every Dr we have needed to see has been nothing by top notch! The receptionists, to the Vet Techs, to the Vets are absolutely 2nd to nome! We appreciate you all so much! It’s definitely worth the 130 miles each way to get to you! Bless you all for all you do!!

Should have multiple animal discounts. It is expensive to bring critters in for wellness checks and not even get toenails clipped anymore.

Is it necessary for the dog to get in the adjustable table in the exam room?? It thought this was a fear free vet. It took some coaxing to get my dog up there and I just don t feel it was necessary.

We have used Casselton for many years for our pets and have always been very impressed with them. The staff is kind, caring, professional and compassionate when it comes to end of life for our fur babies. They are the best!

The only issue I have is they keep spelling my cat s name wrong. It s Okeley, which I understand is an odd spelling. But it has gotten spelled as Okley and after I corrected them it was changed to Oakley. If it could just be changed to the proper spelling then I have no issues. Thank you.

Delightful experience!

Thank you to the gals who helped me with Teddy and Fred bringing them into the facility and back out to my vehicle, as I was on restrictions and couldn’t do it myself. This was greatly appreciated!

The medications for the flea & tick, Heart Worm and others are very expensive and require a prescription. I would like to see a a price list before purchasing through your supplier so I can cost compare with other pharmacies in the area that are now carrying these products.

My appointment was at 3:30 and I had a dentist appointment at 4. They did great so I could get to my appointment!! Greatly appreciated!

I felt that both the technician and veterinarian listened to my concerns and took great care of my dog Rufus. I gave top ratings to all questions. I hope I pressed the right stars I think scale rankings are easier to do.

This visit was a barn call with Dr. Peterson and Ashley. They as always took time to answer questions and show and explain various points of my 2 horses visit and ongoing health issues. I always apprecdiate your team.

Excellent service and affordable

I understand the reasoning behind the current policy of only having 1 person in the office per pet, but it was pretty difficult to complete the paperwork while trying to keep my pet away from other pets in the waiting room. Also, when we emailed our pet s records to the email given to us over the phone, the technician could not find them during our visit. We were told during the appointment to email them to a different email address.

I received another patient’s take home instructions but didn’t notice until I got home.

Vet Tech Michelle was EXCELANT! She should have raise!

Ive never been charged to clip nails before & shocked that you now charge $23 for something I could have done at home or $7 by a groomer. It is frustrating to know my dog has a cracked tooth & can’t be seen until September for it
