The vet and staff came out to the boarding stable to vaccinate my horses. I appreciated the time they took with each horse and owner.

I am pretty sure I had my appointment booked with a different vet then the vet who saw my pets. No explanation was given to me. It was fine but I thought I had booked with Dr Dowdle and that is now who saw my dogs. The appointment for my 1st dog was at 830 and the vet did not get into the room until almost 900, which was the appointment time for my 2nd pet. Once again not a big deal but no one mentioned that he was running late. Very busy place hard to get in and get seen in a timely manner, not by any fault of the facility.

I was frustrated when calling to make an appt for only shots and a wellness exam to hear that the fargo location was booked out almost 2 months and the casselton location was around a month and a half. I was wondering if there is going to be anything done to get in for these things easier?

We had both our dogs groomed, we were extremely happy with the results. They looked wonderful and it was the first time the groomer listened to what we wanted and delivered. Very impressed with this groomer, she was awesome.

I won’t be coming back!! My dog never has any problems at the vet you can tell she didn’t feel comfortable there. Either did the staff. They asked me if I could give my dog her shot in her mouth.

I specifically asked to see doctor Peterson for my appointment and you guys gave me someone I have never seen before and she couldn’t answer any of my questions about my dogs and their health...I have been coming here for years and have always seen doctor Peterson every time and I don’t know why this time was different but doctor Peterson is the only one I trust with my dogs so I only ever want to see him when I come in

Appointments for the procedures I requested are booked out quite awhile. I knew this when I made my appointment and planned accordingly

Coming from out of state, we chose this location because we had heard the staff was friendly and animals given great care. We are very happy with the services and staff! The staff accommodated us and helped prepare our pup for the travel home. Wonderful experience! Thank you for taking care of our sweet pup!

I was happy with everything except trying to pay at checkout. New building, new cat5 cat6 wiring and so on but its extremely slow. Thanks for taking care of my buddy

The staff was extremely patient and because my pup was not particularly negotiable to getting shots and her blood drawn they did what was best for her. I have always considered Casselton to be a premiere veterinary clinic and they still live up to those standards. Thank you!

I felt the staff and the Dr. were not very understanding of my questions concerning my pet s health. I have been using Casselton Veterinary for over 20yrs but I think I ll be finding a different vet service for my next pet. You should remind the staff that if they don t like their job they should find a different one and not to take it out on the customers.

I ve been taking my pets here for years and have always had great service and care. It s never easy to have a sick pet since they cannot verbally tell you how they are feeling, but it s comforting to have professionals that care, not only for our furry family members, but also for you.
