Front desk staff was very uninterested when I called ahead to say we may have been a bit late for our appointment. Vet techs and staff were excellent.

I came from out of town and have been dealing with a sick puppy for several months. I was told that he should fast in order to get his blood drawn. When I told him he had fasted I was then told it was too late in the day to do it because it had to be overnighted. I then had to come back the next morning. It was very inconvenient and unapologetic for the inconvenience. I was told that the front desk isn t aware of those procedures, they should be aware.

The doctor called me directly to chat about our situation and then I received a follow up call a few days later to check on my dog again and if he was doing better. Love the caring from this vet and their techs.

I wish I would have been told there was a charge to check my dogs anal glands. Was very surprised to see the almost $25.00 charge. Otherwise was satisfied with the wellness exam, dr. and tech.

My dog weighed 48lbs, but when I reviewed the paperwork at home it was documented 38lbs. I was told we had to see a provider even though it was a lab so had to schedule it according to her meds, but never did, so we could have done it 6 weeks ago. It has been a frustrating experience.

Loved the estimates that were given to me as the exam went on...instead of being shocked by the final bill. Vet tech Alyssa was great with our sweet Mocha. Dr. Huckle spent a ton of time with us and explained things in terms that I could understand. Great communication!

The vets and staff we have had both for mesha and ruby have been great. Thank you for all you do. Thank you for taking the time to answer questions and provide education.

A medication was prescribed for my dog but not given to me. I live an hour away so don’t want to have to go back to get it.

I was happy with the explanations, etc but a little upset that the vet tech misread his most recent distemper vaccination date and overvaccinated him. While I was happy with the visit, it wasn’t the best first impression with our new puppy after that happened.

Can t wait until you will allow us into the building again.

Only 4 stars for the easy to be seen. You guys are booked out for months which isn t your fault but a little frustrating

Access seems to have gotten a lot harder than it used to be... 3-4 weeks for an appointment seems excessive. For routine care it’s fine, but now it seems if you ever need to see a vet for anything more urgent it has to be an emergency visit or wait a month

I realize covid is something we all have to deal with. But had I been in the room I could have reminded them about my cats anal glass. By the time the tech called me we were already home and the cats were out of their carriers and with sub zero weather going out wasn’t happening
