The staff at Casselton Vet are always amazing with my fur babies! I highly recommend to anyone with pets, big or small!

Of course I didn t see inside because of Covid, however, it has always been clean before we had to resort to carside. Great job everyone!

Didn t go in as it is curbside. My biggest complaint was I left message with voice mail and they were too busy to retrieve it. Next time I will keep calling until someone answers! This is a 2 way street. Emma did get seen quickly after they realized I was still outside waiting. Dr.was very thorough and pleasant on phone contacts.

We have always taken our animals to Casselton Vet just for these reasons,caring,friendly, informative,most of the time easy to get into,sometimes longer wait but due to being such a busy great place!

I am fully immunized. I would have preferred an in office visit. Disappointed- on waiting list for neutering but never called. Disappointed- paid for obedience classes but cancelled after 2 times due to covid. We should have gotten a prorated return on the money paid.

Always great care. Trust Dr Huckle implicitly. Very thorough with exam , explanation and time. Often challenging to see in a timely fashion however with appointments often needing changed

I tried to get ahold of someone in the office for 20 minutes before someone answered the phone.

They were scheduling about one month out but the hours were convenient and I could schedule both pets together.

Not being allowed in and doing curb side visits, especially now that restrictions have been lifted, was highly frustrating.

Bailey (Mary Nicholas Lab) reeked of urine when I picked her up after her appointment on 1/27/2021?? This happened last year too when I boarded my dogs at the Fargo location. They all reeked of urine DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!

I always have a great experience with the staff, very friendly, professional, etc. Highly recommended!

Vet was very knowledgeable and our dog has really come around.

Would like to be able to come in with my dog and speak to the vet when they are examining them.

We were very happy with Dr. Schmid. She was thorough, took her time with us and Kaiser. However, extremely dissatisfied with the facility s ability to treat us as human beings - for example, we traveled from Fargo to Casselton to be seen. We brought our masks when they took our dog from us and thought being I was masked up and sanitized I could use the bathroom. They said I could absolutely not use the bathroom - I understand covid is real. However, I am appalled that customers are unable to use the bathroom when they come from out of town, etc. I am completely disgusted with this and feel this is completely wrong. Please revisit your policies.

The staff was very friendly and seemed to care. The vet that called with the report on my pet explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. She did not force any tests or blood work and even stated xrays may not show anything of use. I was very happy with the service provided and am actually planning on switching from my current vet service to this vet.

All the staff made me feel comfortable and at least with my pet and I thank him and very grateful

If you have curb side pickup i don t think you need to ask about covid questions

Very good conversation with the Vet. I didn’t feel rushed and got all of my questions answered. The technician Michelle was super friendly and sweet.

I understand that we have to take extra precautions during Covid but not being able to enter the building with my pet seems extreme to me. I’m hoping that changes soon so I can continue to use Casselton Vet. Otherwise we’ve been happy customers for many years!

Your screwy survey is not even listening to me, as far as the facilities being clean I have no idea, I was sitting out in my mouse mobile waiting. But my BIG complaint is when I took Ebony in about a year ago now for his sneezing. I asked for a culture to be done so he could get on the right antibiotic and hopefully there would be an end to his spewing boogers all over EVERYTHING! And I mean everything! The kitchen counters, the front of the fridge halfway up, my clothes, the walls, floors you name it. A few days after I had him in there I got a VM that I could not understand then I didn t have phone service for several weeks so I stopped in the clinic but the girl I talked to couldn t seem to be able to find a record of him even being seen. That office call cost me $120 and considering we are living on my husband s SS I can t afford this. Either I would like his antibiotic or my money refunded. This is BS!
