I dont know what to say, as it is far from normal. I know that is the way it will be, so like I said, it is not normal. I would like to have spoke with the Dr. Rudy still did not feel well after his shot. Lethargic and loss of appetite. Please update his records. He is ok now.

I always like to be with my pets when they are seen and was skeptical about how it would work. It was very efficient and comfortable. I appreciate that and the reasons for doing non contact visits. Thanks for keeping us all safe.

Being that owners cannot come in it would be nice to get recommendations ahead of time. My cat was recommended for a senior panel blood test, which had never been done before when they called to ask a few questions it was recommended, but my questions we not able to be answered easily.

I can get my hair cut. I can get my teeth cleaned. I can see my doctor. I cant go to church. I can even go to the gym and take a class. But I cannot accompany my sick pet - who cannot speak for themself - to see the vet. This is ridiculous. Do what the rest of the world is doing. Wear a mask and sanitiize appropriately. I had questions. I asked the vet tech. She did not know, but asked the doctor. The response was brief, regurgitated verbiage that did not answer my original question, and only stimulated about three new ones. Not her fault. But I couldn t really have her running back and forth. In the end, I said forget it. I sent emails later. They were not answered. Very satisfied with the doctor s knowledge, tests ordered, and recommendations made. Highly dissatisfied with the process. Now I realize that vet clinic staff all over the country are actually quite happy with the arrangement of people leaving pets at the door. They get time with the animals that they love. Minimal interaction with the overprotective pet parents, like myself. But the bottom line is this -with unanswered questions and unclear direction, it does NOT result in the best care and outcome of the animal. And isn t that the ultimate goal? Thank you.

Waited a long time in a warm parking lot for my pet to be seen despite arriving on time to my appointment. It can be difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner especially for neutering my pet. I have looked into other vets due to the wait time for appointments.

Casselton has always been understanding of all three of my kitties’ individual needs and also worked with my financial needs, not pushing unnecessary treatment or testing and catering a plan that works that I can feel good about. This past visit was not unlike any previous visit. I was apprehensive about changes with COVID having pet separated from the owner temporarily, but they made it seamless and my baby did not seem distraught. Thank you, Casselton!

Truly grateful to Casselton Vet in CASSELTON!! They worked with us to get labs & spots for Molly after she was treated for numerous days @ the emergency vet in Fargo. Casselton Vet - Fargo completely blew us off & didn t TRY to work with us @ all. Clearly not the same customer service. Deleting Fargo location s phone #. Calling them is a complete waste of time.

I requested a certain Doctor and it was going to be two months to see him. They I requested my second Doctor choice and that was a month. They I requested anyone to see my dog and there were no openings unless I did an Emergency Visit. I think this is a little ridiculous! I have been going to this clinic for 25-30 years. It soon needs to be time to allow pet owners to accompany their pet in for a health visit. I was given information that was not needed about my 10 week old puppy being overweight. I made the appointment for July 13 on June 26 at the Casselton service in Casselton not Fargo as that is my preference.

Calling the phone once we arrived was not streamlined - I couldn t get through and had called consistently for 15 minutes before I was able to check in. If you could set up a separate line/extension or something it would save your staff a lot of time and phone calls! Or even a text message system. Overall we loved our first visit with you! Your staff was very helpful and answered all of our crazy first time pet owner questions! :) :)

The only reason #1 is rated at 3 stars is Dr. Brad fills VERY quickly! But we were able to switch appointments b/w 2 of our dogs so one could be seen earlier.
