The wait time was rediculous. Got there at 2pm and didnt leave till 11pm. It was too long of a wait. Hopefully I wont have another emergency. Was not offered a discount of charges for the excessive wait time. Was not happy!

I was sent home with a lot of medications for my cat. Most of them are able to be crushed and given via feeding tube. An option to purchase a pill crusher would be a wonderful addition. I had to crush them with a spoon for the first dosage. Having come from the Airport Emergenci-Center the day prior, this place is a wonderful gift. The google listing said you are only open until 6PM. If I had known I could get the 24hr emergency care I would have come here to begin with.

Very happy with the service we received. It wasn’t a short wait time but that was to be expected for a Sunday afternoon. Staff was very friendly and I felt our Daisy was well cared for.

Everyone was very professional and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure Lady was comfortable, and that I understood what was going on; although I believe these actions were actually normal behavior. Any business that has wonderful people are usually due to the leadership and their desire to create a warm and caring place, which includes staff expectations. I am very happy and know Lady received great care. Thank you!

Very friendly, took fantastic care of my dog. Nice and clean facility. Wait time was 2-3 hours, which made for a long day. But they were able to get us in quicker than the other 4 or 5 places I called. They got us in a room as soon as we got there which made the wait so much better than I thought it would have been. Overall a great experience!

I gave them two dogs at once and they were ok with that. nice techs very observant and took their time with me and the dogs. My dogs are very protective but they sensed these were good people so they let them work. no hurries on their part. had to draw blood off the big dog but they were patient and no pain I could see. who likes a blood draw? no one. but it was pretty quick and she found the right spot to draw from. The doctor was very careful to get background info so felt like he wanted to get all the facts. Dogs were exposed to parvo which is deadly. Very cautious and after that was eliminated set to finding dog s vomiting issues. Dr Schmidt examined her thoroughly and since the tests were negative focused on likely causes. My dog is at home now and has her appetite back with no more vomiting or dehydration issues. I was not ecstatic with time spent there but with parvo they took no chances. All together a good experience and would go back for any issues in future. The doctors attentiveness was most outstanding takeaway. I think my dogs would have rather gone home with the vet techs than me but I bought them some new dog food there so I could coax them back to the car. Good caring people.

Waiting inside my car for 4 hours was over the top. The only communication I had with any staff was when I first got there, someone came out to assess my dog. Told me 2-3 hr wait and to stay in my car. Meanwhile people were coming and going the whole time. After 4 hrs and by now my dog seems to have recovered from whatever was bothering her, someone came to do a parvo test on my parvo vaccinated dog. Another 1 hr wait and we got to go inside. 30 minutes in a room with no one coming and I was done. (floor in the room was gross) I went to settle what I owed and then the vet (who was extremely nice) shows up and says, we are looking for you. I take my dog back to the room and finally have a plan in place. Very expensive hospital and way too time consuming.
