I got the exception service we always get there. The doctor and her assistant were very nice and explained everything to us about what we needed to do for Delilah’s ears and eyes.

I appreciated being able to check out while Isabella was with the technician getting her nails trimmed. When she was all finished I could leave with her right away. Less exposure to fleas!!

My a very sick cat received excellent care from Dr Tomko and Dr alice. I m so grateful for their kindness and their willingness to thoroughly explain what was going on and yo create a successful plan for his recovery.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. My only complaint I was told I would get an estimate for a teeth cleaning and blood work in a couple days from my visit. It’s been a week now and I haven’t received it. Will follow up with a phone call.

Dr. Glassberg is the best. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his exams and assessments.

When I had gone over the visit and the costs for me to pay. I had stated I did not want to fill the flea prescription at Sunnycrest. I wanted my dog to have a heart worm test and said I wanted to fill the prescription at sams club as I had a money budget. The new tech being trained was correct and had lined out the prescription options (WHICH WAS THE CORRECT AGGREEMENT I WAS WILLING TO PAY AND SIGNED FOR). But when I went to pay the tech overseeing had added it back on my bill and charged me. Then she gave me the prescription and I told her I had not wanted to purchase it at the time. When she offered a refund she mentioned putting it back to my card or on my account. I chose my card since I needed the money back. But when she had called someone back to help process my refund, I was told I could only have it on my account. I decided to take the hit and pay for the prescription because I did not want it on my account if I decided to seek services other places. At the counter I suggest going over the payment plan again to ensure the customer knows what they are paying for. I already had my reserves due to my past experience with my cat getting shots here. But taking my dog home with two bandages from her blood being drawn and her legs being weak scares me as she has IVDD and it was known with the doctor and techs. I love my doctor and I come for her but the more experiences I have with the tech, the less I feel comfortable coming here for my animals care.

We have been a patient of Sunncrest Animal Care Hospital for years and have always been treated with respect. My pets love all the vets there!!

I believe Abby helped me (blue hair). She is always wonderful and patient with me. Dr Glassberg is one of my favorite human beings ever. He not only treats my fur babies but he treats my soul as well. We need more people like him in this world.

I used the boarding services for my Cat. She experienced some health issues while I was away on vacation. They called me discussed my options gave me choices and recommendations. They were helpful and kind and took very good care of my cat. They calmed my worries. I would recommend their boarding services to anyone.
