It did take a long time to be seen when we were in the exam room waiting. It seems like it always does. Then, it took so long to check out. The tech might have been new or the meds she needed to get ready needed to be okayed by the vet and wasn t available. But this isn t going to detour us from continue coming here. My dog is doing better and that s what matters.

Always a personalized a competent care visit

The waiting room/lobby could use some sprucing up. The plants need attention. They really make the place look dingy. Maybe a monthly service to trim and clean them up.

As usual, prompt and courteous service by technicians and front desk staff.

The care that myself and my pet received was appalling. The staff s inadequacy not only made for a traumatic experience for my cat as well as myself who is 7 months and was put under unnecessary stress. I would never recommend this facility again nor would I subject my cat or my self to this environment.

We have taken our pets to Sunnycrest for over 25 years. Also, we are pleased with the excellent service that we receive from the vets, vet techs, groomer, and other staff members.

We used to be able to get a copy of the doctor’s notes (i.e. patient chart) the same or next business day (worst case) but now it seems to take a minimum of 2-4 days, after each visit. This documentation is important, if not required, info to file & get the best possible consideration, on our insurance claims. Current example of these delays - most recent appt (Hope Paulos) was Thurs. 8/13 and we still don t have anything in our email, on Mon. 8/17…

I waited in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The tech apologized for the delay and said there had been an emergency. I understand that happens and would appreciate that if I had an emergency that my pet would be taken care of. However, it would have been nice if somebody popped in and told me what was going on - we have an emergency and expect the wait to be approx. 15-20-30 minutes.

Our dog was in for a vaccination with the vet tech. His doctor saw him and did a quick look at an ongoing issue and came out to talk to us about her prescription recommendations. Dr. Lee went above and beyond. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.

I wanted to share that I am grateful to all the veterinarians and veterinary technicians at Sunnycrest for the love, care, and attention you ve all given to our dog, Jasper, over the 10 years (give or take a year) we ve been going there. The last vet visit was difficult to handle but I appreciated the deference and kindness the vet tech and veterinarian gave me when I was given Jasper s prognosis. Jasper passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 12th, at home, in my arms. I take comfort in the fact that he is no longer suffering. Thank you again for everything and as soon as we are ready to open our arms and home to another dog, we will surely return to Sunnycrest.

Sara, the groomer, unnecessarily shaved my labradoodle down to the skin--just a quarter inch of hair. He probably needs sunscreen now. He was somewhat matted but did not warrant this extreme cut. In his twelve years we have never experienced such a lazy and rude groomer.
