Angie worked with me. She is so so good with my dog Scooby Doo. She goes above and beyond and just make sure that you’re satisfied. I always want Angie to take care of my puppy when we come.

We were there boarding our dog for 9 days. They accommodated his needs first free feeding the best they could, called us when he wasn’t eating and was rubbing his nose raw, and treated him. We will always recommend this clinic.

My normal Doctor was not there Dr Tomko I saw the one that is the pancreatitis expert, but that wasn’t the problem , I told her it was a bump in her mouth she looked at it very little. And said let’s check her pancreatitis, she said u can do blood work , and then I was all confused on what to do. We should have just do the blood work , then schedule her removal , after. I had told her ok we can do a pancreatitis check but I was so overwhelmed , and then I asked to to her agin to see what I can do for my pet and she was busy in another room . So I left with nothing and called 3 times cause we didn’t get my email of the estimate for bloodwork. When I called the front desk lady said, oh we have a pile of orders and we are behind , that didn’t make me feel like my pets Paisley was important. I asked her can you please give send me the report with the levels of her pancreatic blood work . And the estimate so we can Move forward. My husband Robert Martinez and I have not recieved . I very frustrated and I Paid $170.00 for what she wants to give her pancreatic shots that are 700.00. That’s not ok. She didn’t listen to me I feel that the bedside manner of some needs to be better. I just want there or be an important on making the pet parents and the pets feel comfortable and assured that they will get the help needed. Thank you for listening to me.

Julissa (apologies if I’m misspelling) has helped me and Miles for the last 2-3 visits. She is very kind. Understands that my dog gets nervous/excited so she doesn’t over greet him. I have gone to this veterinary clinic since 2001. Have always received great care and I like all the staff. I love their grooming services as well. This being said since the take over it has changed. I do love Dr Demitra , Dr. Blanco and Dr. Alice but it s a 30-40 min wait to start your appointment and 20 plus minutes to check out. It s just annoying. There seems to be 3-4 people behind the desk all the time so it seems crazy that it takes that long to check out. Also the parking is insanely difficult. I would recommend this clinic but tell them not to be in a hurry and book first thing if possible.

One of your doctors double dosed my dog with anti-inflammatory medications. He went in with a mild sore, but came home pooping blood. All three of my dogs have been going to your hospital for years, but we won t be back. Unacceptable on so many levels.

Dr. Dimitri is the best doctor the most caring she is wonderful and I am appreciative of her and the quality of all of the Hard-working employees are the best people and caring. Thank you, Sunny Crest Animal.????!

Always polite, informative, and caring.

We had to wait an additional 1 hour before being seen due to some emergencies. I wish someone called and asked us to either reschedule or come in 30 minutes later. Our dog who is nervous and runs a higher temperature had a higher one. We had to wait outside because the waiting area was full :(. Doctor and staff were courteous and apologetic. I just felt bad for our dog who is under active treatment.

I came in to talk to the doctor about the necessity of putting down my 16 year-old puppy. Everybody was very sensitive to my emotions, and Dr. Demetrius was amazing if and when I get another pet, I will definitely return to Sunnycrest.

It would be better for the doctor to come out after doing the work up in the back that is costly and explain their findings. I was told I need to schedule an echocardiogram and it’s about $900 and no explanation on what was found with the $92 test to check my dogs ears. Just they they were treated.. I greatly appreciate the technicians and doctor assistance but we’re paying for a doctor and only seeing them for 5-10 minutes out of an hour visit with no clear answers by the time our pet is done and paying.

I thought that the doctor did not explain things in a delicate way or ask any questions to ensure that I was doing my part at home. I left my appointment feeling defeated and alone. I had to do alot of my own research online to get answers.

Thanks for always making time to take us in whatever our needs are. We appreciate your dedication from front staff to back office and doctors … ????

I only wish we could have established the fact that she had an abscess in her anal glands during our first appointment. I did mention several times during the first appointment about my concern that there was what looked like an abscess but it wasn’t confirmed until she was sedated on take home medication in preparation of her anal gland expression. Also noticed that she needed a sedation reversal on our printout that apparently was needed to wake her up which is concerning since we are financially responsible for both since insurance does not pay for those items. Otherwise I am very pleased with the care we received and will be returning for follow ups and future care. Thank you!

I am a return client to this vet clinic and I know we all have crazy days but my appt was at 1045 I didn t get seen until 1145 and by the time everyone else who came in after me was greeted and treated I was thd last yo leave after 1 pm. Insane. I literally missed more work than I should have luckily im a senior level person so it was ok but what if I was not and circumstances were different...I really love this vet but if that happens again im not coming back

Andy did the best job ever on the grooming of Cody!!! We love the entire staff!!
