I have been coming to Sunny crest Animal Hospital for quite a few years. They have a friendly and courteous staff. The doctors are animal lovers and are very knowledgeable and explain everything to you.

I was DELIGHTED to find that Dr. Bridges was available to see Daisy for her physical exam, so Amanda went to see if Dr. Bridges could do Daisy s third physical at Sunnycrest. I am so proud of Brooke, now Dr. Bridges, of all her hard work and dedication becoming a veterinarian. We hope she will be our FOREVER vet for Daisy and all our fur babies to come. Congratulations, Dr. Brooke and a big thank you to Amanda, as well.

I came in for my dogs Rabies shot that was expiring and the tech gave my dog vaccines that were not due until Aug- Sept. When they came back with my dog, she was not given the rabies vax. Per my last vet visit my dog is too ill to be given anymore vaccines. She has cancer. Rabies was only one that she was to get that day. I left concerned that my dog was going to get sick on me and I had to pay for vaccines that were not due yet. I hope this doesn’t happen again. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly but they need to pay attention to details. I left really frustrated that day. Tech said she would make a note on my dogs file.

I have been bringing Levi Kim to Sunnycrest for over two years. We love the staff there. They are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there have now been 2 times when we boarded Levi for an exit bath, and both times it was canceled. This past week was the second time. When I get a call on the day the bather won t be available for 3 days, and Levi won t get an exit bath, it s frustrating. No one made accommodations for 3 days to take a bath after we had made a confirmed boarding appointment with an exit bath. It s frustrating. When someone calls on the day of that there is no bath, how am I supposed to answer that? By the way, I got a call the day before to confirm the exit bath and usual portocal. But then on the day of, it s canceled. When he comes home from boarding without a bath, he is dirtier. So we make a point of getting him a bath, even a day before his exit. During the previous boarding, the bath was canceled in exactly the same way. Boarding and exit bath were confirmed. Later that day, I called, and someone scheduled an exit bath for the day before, which I said was fine. Again, the staff is exceptional. I just don t like that no accommodations can be made once everything has been confirmed. That s something I think you guys need to fix. Sincerely, David Kim

I hope you read this review. I will continue to bring my pets for veterinary care, but I will no longer use your grooming services. I made my appointment months ago because I have to, when I received the text notice from your office it shows confirm grooming appointment and then I received another text to confirm the appointment at 12:30. In reality the grooming was 8 am and she had a vaccine appointment at 12:30. I showed up at 12:30 for grooming and the staff were not helpful in trying to get us in. This is after the last time I brought my dog and she ended up with an ear infection from the grooming. I was giving the grooming service another try, but after the groomer refused to fit her into the schedule, I know my business is not wanted. I have been bringing my pets to Sunnycrest for over twenty years and the service over the last two years has been way below what I am accustomed to.
