Dr. Tomko is an awesome remarkable veterinarian. She has been ands continues to be an loving and caring veterinarian to Oso and Romi, but we still miss Daisy.

The doctors and staff are top notch and really care about their patients. The wait can be a bit long so I have to plan on spending a bit of time before my pets are seen which can be stressful for them. It’s perfect otherwise and I appreciate everyone there very much.

I would have appreciated better communication when I called to make an appointment for his vaccines. If I would have known his physical was due in June I could have scheduled it all together. Also I believe I was able to be with my cat in the past while he s getting vaccinations. Thanks.

Compared to 13 years ago when I joined the Sunnycrest clientele, Reception area looks dirty with dead & dusty plants, hair/dust bunnies on floor. Retail area looks sad. New staff with multi-colored, unkept hair should appear professional. This is a medical establishment and personal hygiene should be a priority.

I brought Rocky for the express bath as I have previously because he has anxiety issues and he can’t be there very long. When I picked him up Andrea said she had to muzzle him because he was barking and with him trying to get it off it made a sore on his muzzle. I was not very happy with this result which has never happened before.

Dr. Alice was spot on. She took such care with my very sick Piper. I was so very worried, but she had RXes, foods and info. ready for her at home. It all seemed to work pretty quick and I have my cat back!
