Dr Lee and our tech (my apologies, her name escapes me at the moment) were so kind and supportive. They took the time to explain the suggested treatments and walked me through how to best order the prescription food??My dog, Appa, felt comfortable with both ladies ??

I was an emergency squeeze in and was told I would have to wait and I was so happy to get in and see Dr Glassberg it was not a problem. I got to talk to some fur baby parents while I was at Sunnycrest and staff were very caring. So if u want a place to go that almost love your fur babies as we all do then u are in the right place. Our dog on this visit was exceptionally calm. We couldn t explain it. The dog went to sleep on the floor. We guess visits are getting normal.

Appt was at 3:45p & we waited for over an hour before we were seen.

My appointment was at 12 and was not seen until 12:30. Everything about this place is amazing but I am always seen a lot later than my scheduled appointment time, so that’s the only thing you guys can work on.

I really appreciated the Dr. calling to check on Duffy and give us the lab results. It allowed me to ask more questions and it was so great to hear his lab work was perfect. Thank you

We are so thankful and joyed changing over to Sunycrest Animal Care Center. The veterinarians, especially Dr. Tomko, are exceptional. Dr. Tomko has assisted us in getting Oso through these ear infections and for her knowledge and expertise, it has been remarkable. The receptionists and veterinarian techs are phenomenal. I recommend all of my family and friends to you folks.

I don t understand why it took 50 min to get my June Bug vaccinated even though I arrived 10 min before scheduled time. I don t understand why it was necessary for me to call Costco with the info needed to have my dog s dose of Comfortis changed due to her weighing less. And then, they did not get proper help when they called your team because June Bug s chart was not current. This meant Costco had to call me and then I had to call you about the issue. The ONLY reason I will be coming back is that the vet I want to change to is not taking new clients yet.

I rec d an appt the day following my call and it was for 4:15; i waited 45 minutes before being called. I did not expect to get in at 4:15 due to the late hour, however would like to have known it would be a long wait. Absolutely no complaints otherwise; staff is super terrific and i will be back for sure.

Wonderful caring staff and doctors. Listened to symptoms and took action. Best care ever.
