I had a scheduled appointment, I arrived 10 min. early and I had to wait for over 1 hour.

Dr Blanco is excellent with my dog. She’s knowledgeable and explains things so I can understand what’s happening and what is going to happen.

My dog had an appointment for a vaccine only. I waited for 20 minutes and finally inquired to see if they had forgotten about me. I was taken back promptly after that. I am a busy person and my time is valuable. Why schedule so tightly if the appointment time can not be honored.

We’ve had our dogs with Sunnycrest for over 24 years (our first two sadly passed on). We have always loved everyone at Sunnycrest, even when techs & docs came & went. The standard of care is always high & are always treated very well.

I have been coming to Sunnycrest with all of my Cavalier King Charles over the past 15 years and I have been completely happy and have been made to feel like we are important (including my dogs). Dr. Glassberg and his team are the absolute best vets that we could have ever been blessed to have been taken care of by! They provide fantastic care and still keep in mind ways to control costs. The one thing I didn’t like was that the vet was extremely hesitant bordering on incompetent. Comparatively, the vet techs were amazing. I would come again, just not to that doctor.

The wait time for one shot for each dog was ridiculous. We waited outside in the car due a very hot day and wanted to keep our dogs cool in the air conditioned car. After 50 minutes we went inside to wait again.I realize there is a shortage of help but this was stressful. On another note we had never had Dr Evangelopoulos see our dogs. Boy, is she fabulous. She was so patient and caring during the exams as well as very informative. She did apologize for the delays and that was comforting. I will probably request her going forward.

I know things happens, but we had to wait 30 minutes after our appt time before we were seen.

We appreciate that Sam’s cytopoint was given while he was there for grooming……

Sunnycrest bent over backwards to accommodate us. I was told that there were no emergency appts that day and was offered to see if the doctor would Rx a medication until they can see my dog after the long weekend. An hour later, a staff member called to say that they had an opening that same day. As I stated, Sunnycrest will do everything possible to take care of my dog.

Dr Dimitra is super with Clark. He can be grumpy but she always takes the extra time to gain his trust. Extra thanks to Jonathan who was at the receiving end of the grumpiness. Thank you both for your kindness & patience & great care.

I also had my other go Bentley groomed that day and they way over defurminatored her. she looks super disheveled. she literally has hairs on her head that stand straight up. That has never happened before. Defurminating is extra and a necessity with a golden retriever but this time. was terrible. I hope it grows back fast.

The staff quality here is going down hill. The gentleman who cleans the exam rooms and calls people into them seemed like the only person who was working hard. The docs are still the best in the area so I will still come back.

This visit was pretty good. I do want to mention my previous visit when each dog had their annual exam and vaccines on August 8th. I was a bit dissatisfied because you were very busy and it was more than an hour before you saw our dogs. I never was able to speak with the doctor during the exams. Both dogs were taken in and returned to us 15 min later. It was very rushed. I would prefer to meet with the doctor during the exams in the future.

Unfortunately I waited 45 minutes before we were seen. As I sat and waited, I noticed a few dogs/owners came in after me and was seen before me. Now I just had tell myself that those dogs/owners must have been late for their appointment and Sunnycrest must take those late appointments.

Our dog stayed for 5 nights of boarding, and we were confident that he’d be treated well. I received a call when he wasn’t eating and the problem was resolved quickly. The staff, particularly Erin, were awesome as always, letting us know how much they enjoyed having Zippy with them. Thanks for everything!
