The staff and the doctor was awesome. Having to wait beyond your appointment time has always been an issue. The dog hair rolling around is not good. Someone needs to vacuum several times a day. The same dead plants are not good either. Get rid of them. It makes it appear that you don’t care even though we know you do. Your facility needs a much needed facelift. Also the huge files they have to carry around needs to be automated. The staff has to look through piles of unnecessary paperwork to find what medication my dog is on. Use technology!

Everyone is friendly, but the wait for my 2 appointments has been incredibly long. This alone is enough to look for a different vet. No one has the time to spend half a day at the vet’s office sitting in a room filled to the brim with animals while trying to keep your pet calm and well behaved while other pets are acting out

I was left waiting for 40 minutes and was the last person in the office. When I approached the desk to ask how much longer it would be, the girl said shew would look, but did other things (including answering the phone) before she told me it would be another 10-20 minutes . I felt dismissed. I walked out. I will not be using your services again which is sad because I have been going there for years.

One comment on the day of my dog dental & surgery I did not receive a call that she is ready for pick up. I called at 5:30pm to ask if I can pickup my dog. Staff apologized for the delay as they were very busy.

I had called on a Friday to see if I could get Rudy s glands expressed but was informed that there were no openings available. I asked to be put on a cancellation list or let me know if there were appointments available on Monday. Supposedly, no appointments were available. I took a chance and called on Monday and luckily there was one opening at 11:45 a.m. I was on time to my appointment but everyone was so busy that Rudy was forgotten. 30 minutes later, I asked how much longer it would take to get Rudy s glands expressed. Clearly she forgot, however, she took him in the back and took care of business. Monday was an incredibly busy day at Sunnycrest and I completely understand. However, I am only commenting so that you can think about improving in some manner. Thank you. Carol

It always takes way too long. We now expect to wait 20+ minutes to get in after our scheduled time. Our last appointment was at 3pm and weren’t out of there till after 5pm.

Dr. Blanco is direct but great. You have to get used to her blunt style, but I appreciate the directness because she explains everything you need to consider or think about and what the options are and what they mean. I am super grateful actually for her approach because it did end up helping my dog recover and I can t believe how much better she feels after everything. Thank you, Dr. Blanco! Keep doing you, you are amazing and knowledgeable.
