Your staff saw our cat Shadow on an emergency basis and took care of our cat in a professional and caring manner. It was a serious problem and was addressed promptly. Thank everyone especially Dr. Tomoko.

The Doctor was amazing! I really like her!

I have used this practice for my cats for over 40 years. It is increasingly difficult to get an appointment. The waiting time has also increased so much. At this appointment, I was there for 2.5 hours and was called back because one injection was omitted that was on the list and for which I had paid. I want to praise the services of Dr. Lee. She is an excellent vet who really cares, and that is part of the reason I was there for such a long time...because she is thorough and cares. The lab was very busy that day and my cat was 4th in line for services, which also explains the long time I was waiting. Every time I am there, however, it takes at least 1.5-2.5 hours. That is too long to wait, especially sitting on hard wood benches. I have suggested this before, but isn t it time after all these years to make more comfortable seating for your customers? Thanks.

every time i come in ON TIME I still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. this is really bad and disrespectful to the customers time. please do better at servicing the customer on time.

The Doctor turn over at SunnyCrest is quite concerning, the fees that’s charged by each individual doctor is horrendous and the exorbitant amount of money that’s charged to clients is shameful and try to get an appt that’s works for clients forget it!!!!! At SunnyCrest vet isn’t about animal care it’s about money first and foremost and to top it all off the owner Dr Glassburg is the rudest and most hateful doctor i have come into contact with he actually frightened me!

Dr Glassberg is the bomb. His staff is awesome Charlotte and I love you all.

Thinking the vet assistant, Doan?, helping with the vaccines was new. She tried 3 times to give a vaccine and was unsuccessful. She was humble enough to ask for help and the person that came to help did fine. Was a pretty fast visit.

Great pet care facility for my animals.

I have not received notice of a refund for a recent blood test that was done on Madi. The machine that was used was not correct.

The staff is always very kind and caring. The only issue is their extremely busy which is a good thing for them, but not so much for the patients/doggies/kitties. You need to hire more people.

We waited 55 minutes in the waiting area. Not easy to wait with a dog and many other dogs coming in and out. We just needed two vaccinations. Waiting at least 30 minutes seems to be the norm at this office.

I waited an hour before being seen. The Dr was very gracious and apologized and explained they were short staffed. I understand that and appreciate the honesty. I’m using their facility a couple of years and my daughter is using them for about 7 years. Unfortunately the wait time has gotten worse lately. It’s hard to be there when your pet is anxious. Maybe a scheduling problem?

Shadow really got the royal treatment today. Dr. D and the assistants were just great. I have always found the vet experience at Sunny Crest to be good. They are friendly and helpful.

Erin and the whole staff is so nice to me and everyone. Its a joy to bring my pets in to see them
