I understand that there is a learning curve, However, when a tech is still learning I think someone with training should always be present. Gabby was very kind and our little guy loved her. But she tried several times to take his temp and then decided to leave it up to the doctor when she would be in. She did not put anything on the device that would lubricate it and keep it from catching. When it came time for his vaccinations, she tried 3 times and was unable to administer it, with the poor guy screeching each time in pain. Twice in the leg and once in the back. I asked for someone else to try and they came in changed the needle and got it on the first try without the dog crying out. She seemed nervous and I felt sorry for her, but I also felt very sorry for my pet. Maybe just a little more training is in order. Or as I said, Someone to guide her present in the room.

The doctor and staff were friendly, professional and genuinely cared about my pet and his health.

I was a little disappointed the DR. didn t speak to me about my dogs diagnosis. I also emailed the office to inquire but didn t get a reply. The asst brought him out so I left not really knowing much.

My paint EBT was at 11am I was not seen untill 2p the staff said the reason. Was because there was an emergency yet everyone in the lobby was gone and taken care of and me and my dog were still there I had to go back to work and staff did t care

You need to get things organized in a more.timely fashion. Even with appt I had a 45 min wait..this isnt right..I have been with you for years and this is the one reason I would. Change.

Very happy with the care in our boarding our dogs!

We recently brought our 95 lb Pitbull mix, Damion, to Sunnycrest Animal Care Center and were deeply impressed by the exceptional service. The team there provided excellent care with a gentle touch that made all the difference. It s not always easy to find a clinic that understands the needs of larger breeds, but Sunnycrest handled everything with ease and expertise. We re incredibly grateful for their compassionate approach and highly recommend them to any pet owner seeking quality care for their furry family members. First time for Dr. D and really liked her. She was friendly and very helpful. Pleasant personality. Great staff too.

The vet assistant Emily was especially helpful. She let me know the waiting time would not be much longer. She was very attentive to my cat.

We were there for 2 1/2 hours with two dogs. The wait to get in was around 45 minutes after our appointment time. The staff seemed to be moving really slowly. My only complaint is that we always wait and wait and wait.

Kristen is an extraordinary et tech. The very best I’ve met in fifty years of treating dozens of animals. She will be a phenomenal vet!

Carrie, our vet tech for the visit, was wonderful and very sweet to our dog Lola! Great visit overall!

Although I had an appointment, I waited almost 40 minutes to see the doctor….well we were taken into a room and waited another 10 minutes while answering staff questions. I didn’t mind that, but I did mind the very long wait time in the lobby. I left my husband at home who was 1 week out of knee replacement surgery and needed me with him in case he fell. Having to wait in the waiting room after making an appointment was very stressful!!

Dr. Blanco is amazing in helping my pet Heidi and continues to do a wonderful job. I m very happy that she is working for Sunnycrest and hope she ll get a raise :-)

As always, the care we received for our elderly Labrador was outstanding! The staff were friendly and gentle with her, and the checking in and out process was fast and smooth! We love Sunnycrest Animal Care Center!!
