The appointment wait time was “0n point” this time. Everything was perfect! Thank you to the entire team at Sunnycrest!

We love Sunnycrest! Cameron was our vet tech and made us feel right at home. It was our first time with Dr Blanco and she was amazing with Finley, and did such an amazing job of answering my questions and steering me in the right direction with our girl’s health and care

My cat Toby saw Dr. Lee as a walk-in for severe constipation and she was amazing! We are thankful for her help.

Your wait times are completely unacceptable. (45 min. - 1.3 hrs. Even 15 min after opening!) This has been going on since Covid, & you ve had plenty of time to get the bugs out. This, alone, has us looking for other vets in the area. We were told that you re understaffed & we understand that there s not a lot that you can do about that. However, then you can book fewer patients. (Maybe only book for 4 rooms instead of 5.) If we re looking at other vets, then you can bet some other customers are as well. And we wouldn t be surprised if you ve already lost some customers because of it. Also, on this last visit, we were left in the room after the dr. saw us. (I guess the vet tech forgot to come sign us out. It s a good thing that the dr. came back in to the room to see why we were still there! Just another sign of being understaffed & scheduling too many patients; the staff is overworked!) Pre- Covid, we would ve given you 4 stars, but now you re down to 2. Until you can get it together, we won t be recommending you to anyone & we ll still continue our search for another vet.

Julissa was a knowledgeable and compassionate vet technician. Dr. Dinitra was incredible as usual The best vetinarian we have ever had. Great staff.

The wait was LONG. Lots of pets waiting near each other in close quarters- parking is tough, too. Either more people need to work there or you need to schedule fewer pets at the same time!

Hello, we had a visit with Dr. Lee and Gabby this past Saturday for a Kyrie and Mango Park. We were told we will get the blood test results on Monday, and receive follow up e-mail regarding heart worm test since they didn’t have it on Saturday. We expressed our worry about Kyrie’s health problems due to her last results regarding her kidney bloodwork. We like Sunnycrest because of its timeliness and sensitivity to the care of animals. We’d appreciate it if we can get follow up calls/emails as promised. Thank you!

I waited over an hour in the waiting room with my rambunctious puppy which is hard to do especially when they haven’t had all their shots and you’re trying to isolate them. Please work on adhering to getting people in at their designated appointment time. Thank you

Was really disappointed during my experience this time around. I had an appointment at 9:30am for my dogs vaccines and was not seen until 10:30pm. The reason the tech gave me was because the doctor was going to see my dog due to a bump she got from her vaccines a week or so prior. Even after waiting and finally when they say my dog, they took her to another room and my dog already had anxiety and apparently told me she was being bad. Of course after waiting an hour she would be even more anxious hearing the other dogs whining and crying. I don’t understand why didn’t couldn’t bring me in to help and calm her down. In addition even after waiting so long I didn’t get to speak to the doctor but instead the tech told me what the doctor said which was her bump was due to the prior vaccines. I’m really disappointed that after waiting that long I didn’t get a doctor to talk to me personally. After paying, I asked to send me an invoice and didn’t get one via email, I’m not even sure if they charged me to see a doctor and if they did I would be even more disappointed since I didn’t get to see a doctor. This is the second time where I have a bad experience and figured I would give it another shot but instead got an even worse experience.

The wait time is too long after the check in with an appointment. 15-20 minutes would be understandable, but it s always at least 45 minutes or more.

Dr. Tomko was great and explained everything to me well. The vettech, I can’t remember her name was great also. I love the care that everyone gives my Weimaraners.

I really love your clinic. I have felt listened to, cared for, and not as though I (or my needy dog) are burdens.

There are times when my cat has to wait what I see as an excessive amount of time for his fluid treatment. Otherwise
