I love this place but every visit takes at least 2 hours ??

Doctors and care team are extremely caring.

I am so thankful that I found you and I think that you are wonderful. My only complaint is it is always very slow and everything always takes a really long time.

Everyone at Sunnycrest is pleasant and helpful. We feel our pups are getting the best care possible.

Our visit was with the vaccine clinic and Jonathan was amazing. Having both a friendly basset and a grumpy one can be overwhelming but Jonathan spoke quietly & moved slowly to make sure Clark was comfortable. He got the info and vitals needed, administered the vaccines without a hitch. I could definitely breathe a sigh of relief knowing the hounds had a great experience. Thanks so much Jonathan!!

It would be nice if there is a long wait to be informed of that and the reason. Our wait was over an hour plus. When I mentioned this to the vet she said there were many emergencies that day and 2 were victims of coyote attacks. Perhaps the front desk can just warn us of the long wait? Or can I call ahead to get that info? My dog is not a happy camper when big dogs are in the room. She loves all people and cats, but big dogs scare her. So I had juggle that waiting outside and then inside to avoid my dog having a meltdown. By the way, we (my dog and me) love Dr. Blanco!

I was happy to see Dr. Glassberg and get the problem taken care of with my cat and he’s doing much better. My only suggestion is to improve the wait time. This is the second time I’ve been to the facility recently and both times it was an hour wait in the lobby, which is quite long. Thank you.

You really need to get two groomers instead of one and one bather. The next appointment was going to be in mid-August. Luckily, I had already made one in July a month ago. I don t want to find a groomer in between the appointments with you.

Everybody is kind and knowledgeable!! They were quick to provide the information and documents I needed to file a claim for pet insurance as well as provide estimates for next time.

Answers to my numerous questions about my two recently adopted adult dogs health were very helpful.

Parking is extremely difficult!!! Also appts are never on time.

Rather hard scheduling an appointment however, I realize I need to book a week in advance. The hold times are too long. In calling, I m almost always on hold. This would normally not be an issue but the wait to talk to someone is too long. Today, I had to call to remind staff that they failed to call me about paying for an additional blood test. Overall, the staff is very caring and terrific. Dr Alice is excellent.

The vet technician was an excellent assistant. Dr Ariana Tomko was phenominal with her care for Oso and her treatment.

My only issue this time is that I was there for over two hours. It didn t seem crowded, and things usually run well, so no big deal.

I love the Doctors at Sunnycrest. The are so kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Lee, Dr Dimitra, Dr Alice, Dr Blanco.....all top notch. You couldn t ask for a more considerate group of doctors. The office staff at Sunnycrest are ALL amazing as well!! Very efficient.

i always have to wait about 45 minutes in your parking lot from the time of my appointment and its annoying. There has got to be a better way to give us an appointment time and stick to it. Ok to run behind a couple of minutes. But 30 minutes to an hour late is really not ok. Also - i needed help with my dogs diet - she s very allergic right now. The vet was not able to give me any guidance on food even though she said she would. I had to call back next day and then I was told later on via email that they didn t know what to tell me and has consulted a nutritionist for dogs. Shouldn t vets know about allergies and food issues with dogs? I thought that is one of the main things Vets do for pet owners - help them with allergic issues within animals.
