Greatest Doctors! ????

The facility is beginning to look a little run down and a spruce up is suggested. The friendliness of the past also seems to be less prevalent. I have been a client for so many years and want to keep feeling welcomed and comfortable. Thanks.

Staff was professional, courteous, friendly, and you can tell that they loved dogs. Doctor always explains options and provide estimates before work is done.

Dr Tomko is the best. Always very thorough and my dog loves her. Happy to see she’s back. Couldn’t be happier with her caring for my dog.

The only reason why I gave the scores I did is because I have been coming here for years and haven’t had an issue. However during my past visit it was probably one of the worst visits I’ve had. I’m used to doctors running late so I had planned to be at the vet for an hour. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:15. Arrived to the vet at 10:50 to check in, got a room at 12, waited for the vet till 12:45, Did not leave the office till 1:20pm. If I was a walk in I would have expected this wait but I had a scheduled appointment that was not honored AND I had arrived early. On top of that when I got taken back to the room there were about 5 families in the waiting room waiting to be seen and when we left we were the last ones there. It felt like we were left sitting in the room while the other pets were taken care of. I should have left and rescheduled the appointment looking back at the situation because I had plans that got canceled due to the delay at the vet visit. I would suggest more staffing or better organization of appointment times.

My family has been coming here for at least 30 plus years. Sunnycrest is a warm and welcoming veterinarian clinic and hasn’t changed after all these years. Thank you so much

My appointment was scheduled for 0930 I arrived at 0925 I was called in at 0955. Waited 15-20 minutes to see the Vet. Then was told she was still with another dog patient. So I said give other dates after waiting 45-50 minutes. Then the tech asked me if it would be okay to see another vet. I said yes and it was the head vet Dr G. I had to repeat to the tech many items I had already given her. Not pleased with this appointment.

Horrible wait times. I had to reschedule my dog because there were 5 pet owners in front of me and was told it was going to be over an hour wait. Also, I had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone could check me in. The day we came back, we still had to wait an hour to be seen after arriving promptly for our scheduled follow up appointment. I suggest not overbooking your patients or finding more Vet doctors so that wait times are not long. Also, parking is horrendous. I will not suggest anyone to come here until these issues get resolved.

Dr. Alice is an amazing veterinarian! Last week she helped our senior dog with an ongoing problem. She spent a lot of time taking a focused and detailed illness history then carefully examined our dog. She quickly diagnosed the problem and prescribed an oral antibiotic with a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. After 3 days on antibiotics, our dog was much improved. Dr. Alice is clearly very knowledgeable, and we love her conservative approach and follow-up care. Also, very important to us is the friendly reassuring staff who make our dog feel more comfortable in the clinic. We highly recommend Dr. Alice and Sunnycrest Animal Care Center for senior dog veterinary care.

we waited for 40 minutes before a tech came to clarify why we were there with each pet (3). Evidently when I booked the appt the same info was entered for all 3. Very disjointed appt. Cat 1 needed xrays, cat 2 needed a shot for a cough and dog was there for nail clipping and vaccine. Rather than send the dog back with a tech to be taken care of, we waited w/her until the end - why? Could the xrays have been taken simultaneously? The appointment stretched out to over 2 hours. Until Dr. Alice stepped in an got people organized little was happening...lot of people standing around, laughing and talking doing little else. Frustrating.

I did not see the doctor and did not require instructions for home care. This was an appointment for our monthly injection for our dog. Staff always treats us well.

Never saw the vet, waited for 40 minutes after my appointment. Had to leave, other engagements.

Dr. Alice is wonderful and beyond amazing. And the staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional! We are truly blessed to be a part of your family.

Wait time is too long. Having an appointment at 11:15am for vaccinations and not being taken until 12pm is ridiculous.

Not once since I started coming to your facility have I been taken into a room within 5 minutes of my appointment time. At a minimum it s 15 minutes, maximum has been 50 minutes. Why make an appointment, they obviously mean nothing to your staff. I would like to suggest that more of your staff act or look like they are working rather than standing around laughing and talking. It just adds to the frustration and anger while waiting to be seen by someone/anyone.

The clinic was very busy and running 30 min behind. It would have been nice to be told about the delay when I checked in My medical dr keeps several appointments blocked for same day needs to allow for urgent issues that come up. Maybe your office could consider this? Tech very sweet. Dr good. Both were kind to my cat.
