Too often when I’ve been at the clinic, despite having an appointment, Ive had to wait 45-60 minutes to be seen by a vet. Another thing that seems to be an issue: when there’s a couple tests/treatments that need to be taken care of, inevitably one or two get missed and my dog has to go back for them.

My pet was brought in for bath and nail trimming. We did not see the doctor, there is no answer to check N/A.

The only negative is the time spent waiting. This has been a consistent problem. What should be 15-30 minutes total takes more than an hour many times. I understand emergencies happen but the pet parents time is important too - especially those that work and need to get back to their job!

Have your morning staff understand that estimates and that customers are notified that boarding drop off is 8am! Thank you

I was very impressed by my visit. This was my cat’s first vet visit, and it went very well. I especially want to compliment the vet tech, Emily, who did an outstanding job. She explained everything very clearly and thoroughly, provided a detailed breakdown of all costs before proceeding, didn’t pressure us, and most importantly, she treated our cat with kindness and care. Dr. Gaertner was also excellent. She spent good amount of time with us, explained her findings thoroughly, and answered all our questions. I used to bring my dogs to Sunnycrest many years ago, and I will certainly be returning. Please send my regards also to Dr. Glassberg.

The wait time once we entered the vets room was a long time. It was busier than I ve ever seen it. The tech suggested making an appointment at 9 am to avoid so many dogs and get in and out which I appreciated. Not sure why I didn t see my vet Dr.Glassberg but will make sure that happens in the future. Although everything went fine.

I was not able to have my pet receive full treatment because of the miscommunication with my appointment. I was told that I was sent 3 emails with three different appointments times. I believe its best if pet is receiving multiple work on same day there should be one schedule email sent. It may avoid confusion in the future and my pet can get the full care they need. Other than that everything else was good. Thank you.

Everything is awesome. But I do tend to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen. Wish appointment times were a little more prompt mostly because my dog is super anxious and has a lot of trouble waiting. Beyond that - everything is awesome and I love the care she gets.

Dr. Glassberg is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and had a warm approach with my dog. Technician gave my dog some vaccines, but I would of preferred she gave the vaccines in the office so I could see, rather than take my dog to another room. I forgot to ask where the vaccine was administered (scruff of neck, hind legs, or was it a nasal mist). Otherwise, everything else was good.

The staff and doctor explained everything to us and if we did not understand the doctor explained it again. She spent a lot time with us and explained the underlying issue and what we had to do to keep Oso health with his ear infection. Remarkable doctor and staff.

Everything was fantastic, Dr Glassberg and team are incredible. However, I was told to move my dog over to a Low Fat ID food due to pancreatitis. Can you provide with an approval to do so? The recommended food requires authorization that I did not receive. Appreciate it!
