Dr. Lee was great. She was able to come up with the right dosage of calming mediation for Sadie that mellowed her out to the point of not being aggressive.

Long wait time and no parking available. Had to park on the railroad tracks and hope I didn t get towed. Makes me want to explore other vet facilities for care.

I think I was taken advantage of by giving the Lyme vaccine, I talked to others and since we don’t have deer and similar animals and don’t travel to areas like that , I have talked to several people and their vets don’t give that vaccine, feel taken advantage of

Wait too long for both visits (2) in a weeks time. Second appt was early, 9:30, to avoid that and it didn t help. High anxiety for both cats waiting so long. Why do you schedule for this to happen? Been a client since the 70 s with all the family pets. Everyone was very professional and nice; however, prices are high end....wait shouldn t be over 15 minutes. ...

The staff at this location are incredible. I have a reactive dog and it can be pretty difficult at times to control her at the vet. They are very understanding and always meet her needs.

I was pleased the front desk tech put me & my pups in a room right away. They know my ShihTzu Lou is very dramatic around other dogs & this was a huge relief for me!

I really appreciate the staff here. You guys are all great. The Dr and Assistants I had the last 2 times have really gotten along well with my dogs (which is not easy to do). lol Thank you guys

Tried to schedule a grooming a few times with your place but always failed because of your schedule too tight, any chance it could be easier?

there is no reason to have people wait over 45 minutes in your parking lot for an appointment for vaccines. I called after 45 minutes of waiting to ask why I haven t been called. I had another appointment somewhere else an hour after the vaccine appointment. Why can t you schedule appointments and stick to the actual appointment time? This happens every single time I make an appointment with your facility. Very frustrating!
