Good Service

I waited 45 minutes to see a tech for my dogs one influenza shot. Problem is he shivered and panted the whole time. I wish there was a different way to schedule so that the wait isn’t so long. I know the practice is busy

We had a little wait to see the vet, but I do understand. You were busy. We have been using Sunnycrest Animal Care for a good 20 years with different pets. When we had to put our last cat down, the vet was very understanding on why we did not want to use, an oncologist. We were very happy.

would like the rates for seniors be reduced and/or rates reduced in general. With a fixed income it is becoming harder and harder to pay for the needs of a pet you have had for a long time.

I have been coming to this clinic for several years now and have been happy. However, the past two visits have not been to the quality that it has in the past. The wait time inexcusable. Not only that I have to wait a half an hour in the waiting room then another 15 minutes in the exam room. I only spent 10 minutes with the doctor and maybe five minutes with the technician. I understand the clinic can be busy but the waiting room is empty when I arrived, not sure how this can be fixed. In the future, I’ll make an appointment before I leave to come to the office. I will call to see if everything‘s on time. My time is as valuable as the doctors time. Having said that the staff is always been very friendly and professional and if not for this frustration, I would be very pleased with the care that I get it Sunnycrest .

Brought 2 dogs in for grooming, very happy.

The vet tech Matthew was very friendly and a great listener. He was also very gentle with my dog. He was fast and efficient as well.

I have my dog groomed every 5 weeks by Rachel and now by Amanda. My dog loves the Vet and she loves getting groomed. Thanks for such great service.

Dr. Glassberg was great. He is the only doctor I trust with my senior dogs. Only complaint is the front desk girls had their back turned to the front door the whole time I was waiting for my appointment, I saw several customers have to awkwardly stand and wait for them to finish chatting with each other. Otherwise A+ visit.

Long waiting time on hard benches is difficult. Usually 1.5-2 hrs duration.

i love sunny crest. my only gripe is the waiting. we were there for an hour and 45 minutes this last time. i think it could be way more efficient.

My dog Schmitty is leash reactive to other dogs. I appreciate that the staff is sensitive to this and makes accommodations for this (calling in and waiting at the side door, making sure it’s clear when he gets weighed, making payments in the exam room). Dr. Alice was great with him, calm and confident, which allowed Schmitty to feel comfortable. This was very reassuring for me. She was also very sweet with my other dog Ellie, taking it slow, knowing that she was so nervous. Thank you Dr. Alice and the Sunnycrest staff.

At the time of my appointment, they were super busy and understaffed. My whole experience from the moment I got there was 2 hours. I luckily had no plans after this but if I did, it would have been an inconvenience. I would have like to be notified that they were understaffed or running late so that I was aware.

The groomer listened & followed what I wanted . Will definitely make an appointment again !

The staff is always very kind and helpful. Brianna was very thoughtful and gave us some extra help that we needed. Monica always makes a point to say hi to us, which we really appreciate. Dr. Lee has been our doctor and the type of care and various suggestions she has given has kept our dog alive with a high quality of life. Big thank you to our wonderful Sunnycrest team!
