Dr. Alice and Caroline were the best. The rescission of Riley’s issues was well understood and helpful.

Dr. Glassberg is the kindest, friendly, caring vet that I know. I have been going to SUNNYCREST many years and would not go anywhere else. I get all my questions answered and am never rushed. I highly recommend anyone wanting to find a great animal clinic to go to Sunnycrest and see how caring and professional the entire staff is. Especially Erin and Cameron they go out of their way to explain cost for the visit which is very fair for the great service you receive and making appts. And if you are stressing because of what is going on with your visit. They always have time for you.

Dr Lee spent time investigating Daisy’s ear infections and allergy issues - made recommendations for diet and topical meds. So informative and caring! We’ve been bringing our “kids” to Sunnycrest for 30 years! Thank you!

We had to wait over an hour and a half for a 5-minute check. His neutering the week prior caused a lot of swelling and bruising. He’s fine, but your staff is frustrated and asked that I say something, which is crazy!! . not a good situation.

I cannot comment on the visit except for the following. I usually go to the office but this time my spouse had to. The wait and visit were well over one hour. We asked for our pet to see a specific provider and the appointment was made so that they would see them. The pet was seen by someone else. I received multiple phone calls from the family. The techs are forever changing except for Erin who I GREATLY appreciate her assistance!!! Hope it goes well when I return to take care of our pets. Thank you, Dr. Glassberg!

Dr. Lee is exceptional, both in her knowledge, and also in her loving care of my cats. Matthew and Anita were very thorough and helpful, as well.

Dr. Alice was fabulous. We thought that she took her time and understood the nature of the concern that we had. We look forward to taking our pets in to see Dr. Alice and sunnycrest in the future.

I thought it odd that Inonly spoke with a tech and not the doctor at any point.

It was Euthanasia for a old dog with kidney failure. Dr. Lee was great.

I think if the office is significantly behind due to emergencies, upcoming appointments should be contacted with the opportunity to reschedule. Many of us take time off work to get to these appointments. To get there and sit for more than an hour is unfair, and shows a lack of respect and consideration to customers. This has happened on multiple visits recently.

We only had shots so it was fine

Service was great and the groomers did a great job on her hair cut. Always love coming here.

Dr.Lee was especially patient and kind to my little Buddy . She and the staff at Sunnycrest, especially Paris, were very welcoming. I have been trying to find a great vet, and now my search is over.

I gave good ratings for these specific questions but overall I was very unhappy with my appointment. I scheduled an appointment for 11am and didn’t walk out until 12:45pm. I understand things happen but this is the second time I’ve had to wait over an hour for an appointment for simple vaccines and I think it’s ridiculous. I think you need to schedule less appointments to make sure you can keep on schedule. I also had my one year old daughter with me which made it very difficult given the long wait time. This was also on a Tuesday so should not have been as busy as say a Saturday would be.

Even though the wait time for our appointments has been excessive, I still want to always stay at Sunnycrest as the entire team is top-notch! Jasmine (not sure of spelling) and the super polite blonde hair woman (I apologize I don’t know her name) are absolutely amazing! They make customers feel like their family, along with all the rest of the staff everyone is amazing! Ms. Ariana Tomko was very patient and helpful. She spent time read my dog’s records, answered my questions and requests. It makes me feel she cares about my dog.

My appointment was at 11:00 and i waited almost 1 hour to see the doctor.... my dogs were becoming a little restless after 30 minutes
