Everyone I dealt with at your office was very professional and kind. Breann(a)? started it off. I had seen here before and she is always super friendly and helpful. Trust me, customer service is not always like that!! I do appreciate good customer service! Dawn and Christina were also very kind as well as the doctor I dealt with. I think I ve seen 3 doctors at your office, and they have all been excellent! Thank you for everything!

Dr. Alice is the best veterinarian we have ever had! She is kind and gentle with animals and explains everything clearly! Our dog is elderly, and the care she suggests is conservative keeping in mind our dogs age! We absolutely love Dr. Alice and highly recommend her!

The fees at this practice are extreme! 1. Charging 31.99 to trim a dogs nails is offensive, charging 22.00 or 25.00 for the techs to express anal glands is extremely offensive and being charged 20.00 for an express groom on top of the 60.00 is extremely offensive! The doctor turn over is not good patient care he is a tall tale that there are huge issue in your vet practice!!!!

Everyone was so very nice and seemed genuinely concerned about our pet. I chose this clinic as it was the only one several years ago that did not charge me to be in the room when they put my 16.5 year old English Lab down. Not only that but I received a hand written letter from the Dr expressing his condolences and that was the FIRST time i had even been to this clinic. That touched me and thus we went for our little guy just now and received again a sense of caring. He needs some help and yet there was no attempt to upsell us on procedures or medications. Highly recommend this clinic!

No one should be at the desk working with their back to the public. Also, I know you get busy, but at least let me know that you know I waited about 20 minutes past my appt time to be seen. Besides that the doctor and tech were awesome!

Despite the explanation for the blood test for Heartworm even though my dog is taking Simpiraca Trio - expensive test for highly unlikely positive result. Stool study. Done - told gets sent out and would take 24-48 hours for results. Received in less than 12 hours - I will be calling for a copy of the lab result for documentation.

Find a different way other than the paw to give a shot for arthritis. My cat was very uncomfortable and almost bit me. She never did. She sure let us know how she felt about it.

We came in for one thing and received another. We were told it would be compensated which was nice. Unfortunately, even though the compensation was done it was negated when the employee asked if we wanted to go ahead and have the unwanted procedure. I did not know why it was asked. If I said yes then would the compensation be removed from the account. There was no harm to our pet but all the new staff are not like the old ones who made us feel like family. Times have changed. Also there was no parking anywhere.

I only went for grooming and I love the groomers they are fantastic, I just wish the prices didn’t keep going up.

the doctor who attended to Snoopy was friendly, thorough, and exacting! Her assistant was the same way. Even though it was the end of the day now one acted as if in a hurry or tried to rush me out! Snoopy s eyes are already much better!

My pets and I visited many vet in and around Fullerton and Brea. Not until we found Sunnycrest did we have more than a vet. We had a family vet . Both my pets and I feel the love and were ever so grateful.
