Dr. Demetri was both professional and compassionate with Lily. Her assistant was also very open to my questions and concerns. Having a Dr able to calm your pet and assess her condition was reassuring. I emailed you Sat, Jan 6, 2:26?PM [email protected] and indicated I had an appt for the following Wed AND asked to “Please inform Chewy that June Bug s insulin dose is 3 units” During June Bug’s appointment on Wed, 1/10 I told the vet I needed them to contact Chewy with approval for refill. Had someone followed thru on my email or after my visit to the vet I would not have had so much trouble with delivery of Vetsulin. I had to call Chewy several times to see what the problem was with my Vetsulin order. They had faxed you (to the correct fax number) 3 times during the week and yet you did NOT respond. Consequently, it was not until Fri, 1/12 morning that it was straightened out. I needed fresh Vetsulin before 5:30 am Mon but due to weekend and Mon holiday I did not get Vetsulin until Tues morning. I am VERY disappointed in lack of support from Sunnycrest Animal Care. I indicated I will come back; but, I may consider going somewhere else. It depends on whether they will take new clients.

It was over 45min past my appointment before being called. a full hour before I saw a DR. If the office is behind by that amount it should have been brought to my attention when I checked in. Emergencies happen, some patients can take longer than expected but I should have been told you were running 45-60min behind

More parking. The staff is fantastic.

Both cuts for the cats had small patches.for $80 seems like a ripoff. I though $60 was high before. They never mentioned anything about a price increase.

I was unhappy to hear that they didn t have the flea and heart worm medication for my dog, they were not willing to accommodate with a substitute also my dog s sweater was not returned ??

Phoebe did an excellent job checking me in and out of my grooming appointment. Amanda does an amazing job of grooming my cat! He just loves it and it makes him more cuddly. Thank you for taking care of our pets and for being such an important part of our community all these years!

My cat was boarded and seen while she was there. I picked her up yesterday morning and she had a horrible odor coming from her rear end. I washed her with a wash cloth, glandx wipes and spray and she still stunk. Never experienced that before.
