Parking is the only problem. All the spaces under the building and outside were full. 2 cars along with myself were waiting for a space.

I m happy with Sunnycrest Animal Care Center and Dr. Glassberg is great with all of my pets.

I will not be allowing any of my pets to see Dr. Tomko. She explained the procedure fine which was removal of my dogs dew claw due to a significant crack. When I received the estimate I noticed that there was no charge for a local or anything for pain relief during the procedure. I insisted it be added. IT was added to my bill but as quickly as they performed the procedure we were skeptical as to whether they took the time to allow the local to take effect. Dr. Tomko did not come out to see us after the procedure. The tech mentioned Abby was very agitated during the procedure. I don t doubt it if she was tortured by Dr Tomko with no pain med on board. When we brought her back for bandage check/removal 3 days later my dog Abby was visibly traumatized. Abby used to like your technicians and Dr. Levflavour. Again, Dr. Tomko did not come to see us. She told the technician to tell us she was writing a prescription for anti anxiety meds to be given the next time my dog visits the vet. I have always received compliments from your staff on how well behaved my dog has been in the past.I can only deduce that the problem this time was Dr Tomko s lack of compassion for my pet s comfort that caused issues this time. The reason I bring my pets to your facility is the compassionate treatment they have received in the past.

EVERYONE was very kind and helpful. I was extremely worried about my ELizabeth s adverse reaction to her vaccines. Thank you again for all your help and care as she is getting better each day.

The vet who saw my dog on Wednesday June 14 never called me back on Saturday the 17th — which your office promised she would — to explain the seriousness of my dog’s kidney disease following a blood test. I kept my schedule open from 8-12 on Saturday waiting for her call which was promised. Another vet had called on Friday but I could not understand her broken English. That is why I requested the vet who originally saw my dog to call me. One of your staff promised the original vet would call. Now it’s the weekend, your office is closed, and no one has contacted me. This is extremely unsatisfactory and unlike any of my previous visits over the last 10 years.

It took a few weeks to get grooming appointment due to recent staff reduction.

I completely trust Dr. Glassberg and his staff with my fur babies. I would not hesitate to take any advice he gives me regarding Jackson and Zoey. All my questions are answered and options are given if needed. I know I enjoy going to Sunnycrest and visiting more than my fur babies. Highly recommend

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Juno during her boarding stay; it is a great comfort to know I m leaving her in capable and caring hands. It makes all the difference when I must leave her for travel. See you next time! :-)

My experience with my dog’s surgery exceeded expectations. I was nervous and my dog was nervous but the staff and doctor all kept me informed from drop off through pickup.

Would be nice to offer up senior discounts or have certain days of the month for a little break on costs….. you’re not the cheapest vet ? But I do keep coming back… thank you for having a well running veterinarian clinic.

Dr. Alice is awesome. We love her.

The only complaint that I have is that I waited over half an hour after my appointment time before my dogs were seen. I spend at least an hour there every time I come in.

Wait time is way too long, Maybe space out appointments, kind of hard to sit still for a long period of time with a dog

I am very happy that they listened to what my dog needed and trusted that I knew how to handle my dog. Wonderful and patient.

I ve been using Sunnycrest for the past 31 years (2 little dogs)and I have always been pleased with their services, very compassionate and professional.

It took them almost an hour to see me regardless if my appointment was at noon. Also, it would have been nice if they would have let me know it was going to be a while instead of me just waiting there like an idiot. It wasn t busy in the lobby either there was noone but me

I took my pet in for a flea bath. No instructions, recommendations, suggestions or status of care during pick up, except no call meant all went well . Still brought pet home with fleas.

You run a quality clinic. I am always very satisfied with the care and concern you show to my two kitties.

I needed to review the invoice before vaccines were given to my animal. I was given the invoice after and I told the assistant I didn’t know the cost of them prior and I would’ve made a different decision on what we could afford before giving it to my dog. Not very thoughtful of families who can’t pay a lot of money.

Great time as usual. Missed Dr. Glassberg’s friendly face. Maybe next time.

Everyone working at Sunnycrest has treated my animals and me with kindness and professional. Even the other animals and people are considerate. There is a healing frequency when I pull in parking lot.
