The people are great, but we’ve been coming here for a year and a half now and we consistently have to wait at least 30 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time. It’s so frustrating when there are things we need to get to promptly after. That is our only complaint and we really hope that a resolution can be put into place.

I really appreciate having Dr. Cowan take care of both my pets. I have a lot of confidence in her.

The office is changing. I miss the friendly and consistent staff. Too many new faces that don’t appear to have any connection with customers. When I have questions, they go nowhere. After 23 years of patronage, I may be looking elsewhere.

. My dog came home itching just as bad as when he went in, and he supposedly got a shot for it. The shots have always worked immediately. For the shot, the immunizations, eye medicine, and antibiotics I don’t think he needs was over $400. It’s just not the same feel, or place it used to be. It used to feel family like, but now it’s the complete opposite.

I know this practice is very busy and you are short staffed but waiting 30 min in the waiting room is excessive. Our last appointment we had to wait 45 min in the lobby

Although the wait times were longer than usual everyone was courteous, friendly and took time to answer all my questions. Thank you.

I’ve been bringing my Berners to Sunnycrest for 20 years. You know I’m a good owner. I dealt with the relief vet and lost my patience. I wanted 3 things: follow-up chest X-rays (Dr Glassberg said they were an option at the last appt I had with him for same problem), opinion on getting a needle aspirate on a lump & flea med. As I was waiting outside, the vet called and went into a long lecture about C’s full history and why she’s recommending chest X-rays. (Um yes, that’s what she’s there for) A 10:15 appt dragged into multiple hours. The tech called with an estimate, I questioned why I was getting charged for hospitalization when C didn’t need sedation for X-rays. He called back later saying they wanted to do a test for pancreatitis. I ok’d that. Around 1 pm, when I hadn’t heard from anyone, I called and told the tech I was paying over the phone and coming to get my dog. I still have not gotten a call regarding the results of the pancreatitis test. I hope when the report from the radiologist comes in, Dr Glassberg will call me or just email me the results. I understand all vet practices are still suffering from covid. And I understand that, as a popular good practice, Sunnycrest gets overwhelmed. But I set up the appt to be as efficient as possible and it dragged out unnecessarily long. I’m worried about when both Drs G retire. ??

Had to wait for heartworm shot due to bubbles? Shook to hard to mix instead of gentle roll? No parking, had to drive around to wait for spot to open. Overall,all good

Develop the capability to allow scheduling of grooming appointments online.

The online pet portal was a bit hard to use but the staff was so friendly and accommodating to us

When it is lunchtime and I was hungry, you can t have Papa John Pizza delivery come through the front door, carrying several boxes of pizza and PEPSI. I almost had a seizure. Have delivery enter through the backdoor. My dog and I were salivating for a bite. This isn t a complaint only a comment. When I arrived home, I ordered out a giant pepperoni and cheeze. LOL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONCERN.

I had to wait several minutes before I was greeted, but it was a friendly manner. The doctor didn’t see my cat; she was taken to the immunization clinic. But the office staff explained everything clearly. We had great care and knew what reactions to watch for.
