We were very satisfied with appointment but disappointed with follow up. Our dog needs an antibiotic for a urinary tract infection and we were supposed to hear back and pick it up Saturday 7/9/22. We called twice and were told they would call us back. We called to check status and no answer. Our dog is uncomfortable and had to go the weekend without medication to start her healing. We’ve always had great service and will continue to come back, just disappointed with the follow up in this situation.

It was difficult to find parking when I arrived. Even though I was on time for my appointment, I still had to wait more than 15 min to be moved to a room and another 10 min before a technician arrived to help us. I have been receiving emails way too early before my dog s vaccination update is due. Making an appointment via the online link I received via email was nearly impossible. The online system was booking more than one month out, but when I called they got me an appointment within a few days. Since my dog occasionally goes to doggie day care, it is important that we keep her up to date on her vaccinations, but the email notices come way too early.

Over a 2 hour wait for an appointment we scheduled. We were fine with the wait but would prefer to be notified that they are behind so I don’t have to sit and wait at the vet for 2 hrs.

My dog was never seen . I had an appointment and I waited for over 30 minutes and then I left . The girl from your office called 40 minutes passed my appointment to tell me they were ready for me. I said I left as I waited past 30 minutes. You think the girl would have offered to reschedule me or apologize to me and I received nothing .

Everyone at the office was compassionate and loving towards our aging dogs. Thank you Sunnycrest for always treating our family with kindness and top-notch care.

Dr Roseburg was very thorough, and compassionate toward Gracie. She took time to explain everything, our treatment options. Thank you!

My cat had her nails trimmed. The technician was wonderful and made the experience easy.

I am so pleased with the staff and how kind and welcoming they are. They know my dog and greet her like an old friend. I also like the scheduling online; it s very convenient. I appreciate your efforts to keep your staff and clients healthy and safe.

I have boarded my dog twice here now, and I find the available hours are very inconvenient to work with. Being open only until noon on Saturday, and closed on Sundays, has already caused me to severely alter my plans to fit it in. Plus, I was charged two half day extras, on one visit which amounted to a total of about 27 hours. Doesn t seem right

The Dr. did a good job removing the ballon from my dogs stomach. The staff was excellent helping me with my wild dog.

For me personally, I don t mind if the doctor explains an issue about my pet in technical terms. I like in-depth explanations so I can learn about technical topics even though my background is in Structural Engineering.

I didn’t have any interaction with the staff except the receptionist. I’m in the position of waiting outside and stay outside but able to spoke to the same vet that previously treated my dog so she is familiar on my dog’s problem. I’m grateful that this happen.

The wait was very long but I’m sure that some days are more backed up than others.

The grooming staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Max loves them??

Phoebe was the vet. Assistant that helped us. She was very friendly and very patient even though I didn’t remember the type of food my fur baby was eating. Thank you.

The wait is often pretty long to get in to see a doctor. I know you are working on this. A friend told me she waited an hour on a recent Saturday.

Great facility with great doctors who know the meaning that our pets have in our lives!
