Staff was wonderful. Dr was amazing. Very happy with our first visit. The only downside was the appointments were very late, otherwise I’m very happy.

Dr. LaVoure preformed surgery for a cancerous lump on my 6 year old golden doodle. She was able to detect the cancerous lump early and I believe should be credited for my dog s hopeful future. She was sensitve to my questions and provided me with all the scenario outcomes from the surgery and lab results. I always find the staff, including the Techs and receptionist wonderful to interact when I call or visit. Thanks

The only issue I had was the doctor suggested a teeth cleaning and said I’d get an estimated cost for it! I did not receive the and because I had them email my receipt didn’t realize it until later. I’m not doing anything until pet teeth cleaning month but still would like to know about how much it might cost.

Great first impression of this place. Dr. LeFavour was so calm and caring. Adam was incredibly patient with me on phone and spent a long time answering all of my questions when booking the appointment. The assistant who helped us I think her name was Penelope or Phoebe was also so kind and sweet to my little princess.

I called several times from the parking lot as directed by signage. Nobody answered. I watched several people drive up and walk-in without calling, so I came in. I waited 15 minutes to be seen. The gal was apologetic and said they were unexpectedly short staffed. I get it. Just wish everyone followed the same rules on entering the facility.

Dr. Rosenberg is AMAZING! She helped me with the passing of my dog. She has take. Care of my pets for years. My whole family loves her!!

My dog was there ALL day to get a foxtail out of his ear. No one told us they were too busy come back later. So my poor baby had to be in a cage without any food all day!!! People that work there had no clue what’s going in. I will not be coming back

IhD to wait at the reception desk 15 mins before someone helped me. I had to call 3 times to make an appt. the phone rang no one answered.

Everyone was very kind and very accommodating to our anxiety-riddled rescue dog, and we truly appreciate that. Just a couple of things…if I didn’t already know that a heart worm test is required before administering heart worm meds, the test would have been overlooked and the medication started with what could have been dire consequences. An easy enough thing to do, but I’d like to think you have procedures in place to ensure that it doesn’t happen. Also, I know we were trying not to scare our dog, but I indicated on check-in that she might have ear mites. I would have felt better if a more thorough exam of her ears (maybe with an otoscope?) was done. Her ears are not “good” and, since I didn’t insist at the time, I’ll now have to bring her back to have them checked. I should have said something then, I know. Finally, we waited for almost a half an hour for Kady to have blood drawn. Im assuming that any of your techs (or the Dr who examined her) could have done that in the exam room in under two minutes, couldn’t they? That seemed to be a bit too long a wait for what had to be done and it seems someone could have found a quicker way to get some blood drawn. All that aside, we really enjoyed your office and the care that Kady was shown.

You guys have taken great care of my boy since he was a pet. Staff has always been kind and very informative. Any general need Is always taken care of at your location and I thank you guys.

Prices are getting almost prohibitive. Now that we are retired, we are looking at all our expenses and don t want to skimp on our canine baby but have to think about long term for all of us.

regarding my answer to question #1, my experience was that there were 4-5 staff working behind the counters and all were busy with their tasks. I could see that one person noticed my arrival, but she was working on something with another patron, so I sat in across from her on the bench. Even when the person was finished with the other patron, she did not ask if I had an appointment or acknowledge my presence. None of the other workers acknowledged my presence or asked if I had been helped. After more than 5 minutes, I finally asked someone if they would check me in and I was helped.

Erin was friendly and efficient. We discussed how ridiculous and regrettable the break in was. Rachel did a wonderful job grooming my cat. ??

I don t know if it s normal, since it was my first visit, but I was there for two hours with my two dogs. That seems like a long time to spend for just a check up and vaccines!
