I just moved to town & am very happy to have found Sunnycrest. The staff was extremely nice & caring, the Dr. s took excellent care of my dog. They took care of every need & concern, they treated us very kindly. Very happy with Sunnycrest & I know my dog is in good hands!

We always receive great care. That s why we come back.

The wait time was longer than expected (close to an hour), but the care from the vet tech(?) was great.

I have always loved Sunnycrest, and have recommended it to many friends over the years. I met with Dr Cowan this time, and I really liked her. She explained everything thoroughly and in a way I can understand. My only frustration is how long I waited. It s my understanding that you were short staffed that day. My appointment was at 4:15 and we didn t go to a room until after 5:00. I had my two young children with me, and they were growing impatient. If I had known you were so short staffed, I would have rescheduled for another day. I understand that things happen. I will say that Dr Cowan s friendliness made my visit a positive one.

I stood at the desk while three different employees walked around behind the desk avoiding eye contact with me as they did miscellaneous tasks. It was more than five minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Then I waited 40 more minutes to go into a room when I was at my appointment on time. Not to mention that I brought both of my dogs for a physical and Vaccinations. Only one of them even needed to go but when I called for my appointment I was not informed of this.

My dog split her ear so they put me in under emergency due to how busy the office was. Everyone was very understanding and sensitive to our needs and I did not have to wait as long as I expected.

I trust the staff and doctors there. They are all kind and sensitive to my needs.

Vet Tech was wonderful (tall slender young man, sorry forgot his name) super nice, attentive to all my questions and needs for Rufus and Roxie (with my husband day before) Dr. was also super nice and very helpful.
