I have been coming here ever since we got our pup, but today’s visit was not a good experience. Came in to pick my pup from grooming. Waited more than 30 minutes after checking in while I watched everyone else being helped after me postponing my original request. I was only helped until I had to go up and ask to pay and receive my dog. Normally every visit has been good. This day just seemed chaotic, but a form of organization would be appreciated. Thank you.

The tech we worked with was great, but when she got an assistant to help her with the nose drops my cat needed, the new person who came in didn t look at us, greet us, introduce himself, say goodbye, or anything. I would have liked a bit more from him. I don t have any idea of his role there. Was he a new doctor? A trainee? A vet tech?

We love Dr. Lefavour, so caring and down to earth!!!

Paid for toothbrush kit for groomer to brush Gracie s teeth but kit was not sent home after. Erin was a pleasure.

The word “survey” in font color Red is confusing. Every other shortcut on the page is font color blue and underlined - a very standard scheme that most users will recognize. I would never guess the hold font in red indicates a shortcut. To me, it’s just emphasizing the word survey. So that one knows it is not a marketing email. Offered in the most helpful way possible.

Due to covid, I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early and called to let them know. 30 minutes passed, while waiting Erin was outside by the horses talking on the phone. She seen me and went inside 20 minutes later. In the parking lot 3 other people were also waiting with their dogs. After waitng for 1 hour with my dog in the car I had to leave to go back to work. They called me after 1 hour and 10 minutes at which time I let them know I had to leave to go back to work. If your not ready for our scheduled appt I would appreciate a phone call to come at a later time or reschedule. My time wasted could have been remaining at work making money. In the future please be more considerate of people s time.

Just switched to your practice from Brea Vet Hospital... and I m so glad I did. Your staff is amazing! Thank you for caring for our pets.

I appreciate that the staff offered and was able to take my dog in the back, since all rooms were full at the time, to admin his bordetella vaccine. They were even able to express his glands which an added concern at the time of his visit. The wait after I checked in for our appointment was ok, and they dog was seen close to our scheduled time. As far as waiting for the appointment to be completed, it was faster than I thought it would be. I always appreciate how friendly and caring the staff is to my doggy and to us owners. Thank you!!

The care was impeccable. I appreciated Dr. Glasberg calling e personally and quickly with test results, even though the outcome wasn t great.

We moved to Arizona last March and we make thd 4 he trip to get the trusting and excellent service for our fury babies????
