Rachel does an awesome job grooming my cat Sambee! He looks like black velvet- just love it! Erin is always friendly and efficient. But most of all we appreciate the expertise of Dr. Glassberg- he is a treasure. His COVID email was clear and to the point. With professionals like him we can get through this crazy time of our lives!

I scheduled the appointment on Friday and after arriving at the facility I was informed that the doctor is seeing rabbits on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No notes, no signs and just waste of my time!

This was my first appointment since moving to the area. I see now why you re so often recommended on Facebook. The staff was wonderful and I will be happy to come back (just hopefully not too soon lol).

Front desk Staff needs to communicate with doctors. They seem to forget to mention question or concerns or other such as payments testing paid. Glad Our Doctors are on top asking staff questions to confirm important paid testing! Doctor here are the best of the best top notch!

Long overdue review. Love love love the staff - worked with Kiersten and Dr. Lefavour this appointment and am so thankful for their empathy, kindness, patience, professionalism and expertise. My 6 year old rescue dog, Ginger, and I are a handful with our accessories and anxiety. We are so appreciative of all the vet techs we have worked with (wish I could name each one to give them a shout out) I usually see Dr. Chupeco and want to give him my gratitude to him as well.

Nicole was the VA that took care of us for Lexi s vaccines. Very friendly, thorough, explained the vaccines and adapted as needed for Lexi s nervousness.

It looks like my dog will need a rabies vaccination booster. It would have been helpful to know this sooner, so that I may have scheduled both in one visit.
