Dr. Lefavour is so kind and caring. She is a wonderful doctor. I was so impressed when she called the next morning at 9am to see how her little patient was doing. That is something a pet owner never forgets! Thank you Doctor Lefavour.

Great place for caring for our 2 Labradoodles from medical to grooming. Always friendly and they do a great job.

The wait time for the appointment is excessive. I had appointments at 10:15, 10:30, 10:45, 11:00 and 11:15. Wasn t called in until 10:45. Did not leave until 12:45. Perhaps the appointments should be made in 30 minute increments to allow for slow patients or appointments that run long. I think it would be courteous if the doctor who comes in to treat the animals would introduce themselves. I have no idea who the woman was that did the exams on all three of my dogs.

Your Covid protocols are slightly confusing. I called from the car and was told to come in. I came in but didn’t know if I should sit and wait or stand at the counter. I sat and eventually someone called me but I didn’t know if I was doing the right thing. But I do like this place and definitely will be back.
