We found Sunnycrest at the last minute, to kennel our beloved dog Peanut, due to unexpected change in plans; we were lucky! All the Dr s and staff are very courteous, professional, super-friendly and passionate. Costs were very reasonable too! Unfortunately later on, we had to say our final goodbyes to our Peanut and what was an extremely emotional day, the team at Sunnycrest were there for us, and made the day a little less painful; we will never forget their caring and support.

Dr Glassberg and his entire staff are always pleasant and caring for my fur babies and me. I only have good vibes when I come in that no matter how small or big my concerns are they are always willing to answer my questions and always say hi and goodbye with a smile

Thank you for working me in when I didn’t have an appointment. My dog was in pain and I was so relieved she didn’t have to suffer another day without meds. She seems so much better.

I thought Dr. Nancy and Lauren, assistant were excellent. Both showed compassion and were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Front office is usually great, but I noticed one worker made a very negative comment about a client that came it. It was unprofessional and if she made a comment about that client in front of myself and another customer, I m pretty sure she would do it again. No need to judge others and best to keep the negative comment to herself. However, it may be an isolated incident because typically the front office staff is very helpful and maybe this one particular person was having a rough day because she did not greet me when I came in nor did she great another customer. A simple acknowledgement is all it would take.

I am still waiting to receive an estimate on a LilyAnn ‘s surgery. It was to be sent to my email. LiliAnn was seen by the doctor on Tuesday, October 12 th at 4:15.

I waited 45 minutes until I saw Dr. Grimes (appointment was at 12:15 and I was not called back until 1:00PM.) Dr. Grimes and Sam were both apologetic about the wait, but that was frustrating to be there for so long.

The staff has always been friendly with our Shiba Inu since we got him a year ago. Our pup loves going to Sunnycrest.

Our dog, Roxy needed to have an examine and the message we got from the vet was did we want to have her teeth cleaned . Since our dog had surgery last year or some years before we would have expected the results of her examine to have some information regarding that condition not Do we want to have have her teeth cleaned Very disapointed.

Olivia is overweight and I have cut back on her food/treats per the Dr s recommendation. When she went back for her physical she was still overweight but Dr. didn t weight her to see how much weight she has lost - the only comment was she is overweight. Shouldn t she be weighted when she has a physical?

Super disappointed in my last couple of experiences and not coming back again. It seems that Sunnycrest has become motivated by making money more than providing quality care to our pets.

Everything went great as it always does. My dog is a pill when it comes to nail clipping and lets everyone know. Yet, your team always gets it done. GREAT JOB!!!

Dog teeth cleaning visit. Bill included fingerbrush and toothpaste which I assumed was necessary part of the cleaning process. Nope. Just an extra $25.70 charge to sell me extra products I don t even want. Disappointing.
